Also sad Ruby shows herself being strong and we see glimpses of the real her, a young fifteen year old girl who lost her mother to one of the most evil beings in existence aka Salem and did not even know it, I think she needs to cry at least once she cannot be strong forever

That's because non-cannon comics can do whatever they want in a few panels and not have to continue the series for multiple more volumes and the official show had to follow a specific storyline already partially laid out by Monty. Also, RWBY is owned by a company and has certain deadlines and certain lengths that they can make each episode while thee comics can take however long they want and make it however long they want. To say the writers are that bad at writing isn't the full story

We have a good chance of getting Bumblebee, Statistically it is unlikely ALL of team RWBY end up with a girl. They seem to be pushing that rose garden thing. Might happen, might not, just hopping fans don't pressure them into adding things to subtract from the plot that needs most of the focus.
