The tier 3 bow has 4 skills locked and you cant swap them. The t2 bow has cone shot already on it.

I would try out many builds but the no respec holding me back right now, otherwise I'd make a bunch of builds.

Wittiker the woodworker sells the bows u have to upgrade him tho, this build was buffed with this patch massively lol I'll do an updated build guide sometime in the next few days.

they random drops, I got one from sewers or quarry I think. can be anywhere. this rings could be drowning in increased drop pool also while you progress

You get them randomly in chests, jus gotta farm it up. Can be on ur challenges / dailies w.e too so check those.

No, the damage mods dont seem to stack for both weapons but the utility stats like focus on dmg etc do stack. It seems theres issues with many dmg oriented mods currently.

@Edisnori Good to know! Though I guess the utility slots like focus on hit are the most important ones. I wonder if holding an off hand bow for pure utility might be a good idea for 1h builds

@@Kryto_Gaming sadly, from my testing for w.e reason all the bows are messed up, if you enchant any bow the perks are always the same and they are super bad, so it only works to buff your main hand if u make a 4 gem bow. ;)

I don't know if they changed something in these days, but if you equip a one handed bow in the left hand, it gets the bonus you have in your right hand. Example: bow don't get concentration on hit, but with a dagger that has that enchantment the bow will give you concentration on hit

I am assuming the box at the end of crucible.

@@Edisnori good news is the bow doesn't require a lot of dex, so I wad able to just hit the limit. I did notice when buying the bow at the vendor, the appear to all be 11 damage...

Agree want respec so bad.

For real though, the fact that this game is so fun makes it an easy choice to just make another character. Really good game with some slight hiccups in its current state but this is just early access.

@@Leavemynameout Oh the game is amazing, will def be one of my fav games going forward, the devs seem amazing. I think they should put in respec tho, and prolly just charge a bit of silver for it. Game is great tho.

focus regen also doesn't work

You get certain bonuses yes, you cant get the damage bonuses but the utility bonuses count for both weapons, this was from a while ago tho - that could have changed in a patch although I don't think it has.

Well... you are correct but when you post a build guide generally you tell people what the "best" setup is and also...you cant change your points but your gear can keep improving so if you wanted to be optimal you would run the points how i suggested UNTIL you get better gear since the build is more than playable with subpar gear even without those points allocated. Hope this helps. Didn't really understand your question.

Comes on daggers, you can take the runes out of weapons at the enchantress but it destroys the weapon.

Yep, I have a topaz in both my dagger / bow that gives 1 - 3% of your max focus back when you deal dmg to something, and I also have the same mod on my dagger which works with the bow, all together u can get quite a large amount of focus back per hit and cone shot hits 7 times each hit is an instance of damage and proc this focus gain. Hope this helps.

@@Edisnori what??? I took off my main hand cuz I only use my bow. You're saying as long as equiped even if I just use the bow, the gem and enchant take effect?

I think just have some patience. They gonna add respec soon. After that we are gonna be able to experiment with other builds without going through all that problem.

Well, they did add a torch to the game recently that u can buy from the wood guy, it can have skills and you can enchant it :), its not a shield but hopefully this helps.

@@Edisnori Hmm i should make that my Utility knife instead of my 3rd weapon slot. Repair and Return on it and free up my 3rd weapon slot!

Yeeh runes are OP in Elden ring too, the game they are taking inspiration from for the system.. seems hard to avoid.

Make a new realm and check the vendor. If he has a topaz u can reload and spam buy them. This might get fixed tho.

Doing the trick with new realm and checking the vendor prolly your best bet.

@@StegoZ Make a new realm at the menu, run kill first boss, check the vendor, if he has something u wanna buy go back to mainmenu and click "backups" on the realm with the item and load the only backup there the vendor will have his full inventory again.

the stats you get when you enchant a bow are all locked u always get the same stuff, unless its fixed now - and the legendary bow has 4 skills locked in already.

Could have been recorded before hotfix 3 when focus (re)gain was nerfed

The focus gem in your pants scales up with the rarity of the pants, so if you put the topaz in purple pants its 5-15 instead. ;)

@@bigbord5520 nope, the nerf was the gem in the pants went from % to flat this is after that nerf. You can see my gem is 14 flat.

All gems are found randomly in chests / digging / as drops or from the vendor in town that sells random stuff.

Multiple stats on my gear give focus when I do dmg, I go over it in the gear section of the video.

That build is nerfed, the fastest I've seen a mage do it after the nerf was 8 min, So far I haven't seen a faster run on this patch so no, not too slow. Clearly you are too slow at reading the patch notes or maybe too slow TO read patch notes if you know what I mean. ;) lol.

Pvp in arpgs isnt "balanced" it's always just for fun. ;) wouldnt expect much balance much like dark souls or elden ring pvp.

@@Edisnori Well from the moment that they add arena as mode they need to balance weapons otherwise there is no point to play it.

@@Snapshot.Geo07 The "point" to play it will be for fun. If you look across the genres they are trying to emulate, NONE of the games they draw inspiration from have balanced PvP. Diablo / PoE / All the Dark souls titles / Elden Ring etc all have pvp as a side activity of sorts but the game is not at all balanced around pvp and this one won't be any different.

Most of them, the damage perks on offhand dont count towards your dmg but the utility mods on the offhand do stack.
