your CPU is puhing that GPU as Rodric pushed that chart in Plague Tale innocence. absolutely the best sweetspot for your system: you're always GPU bound and you CPU consumes less than 10w XD Mine consumes ten times more and has lot of trouble pushing my 4070.
Man Rodric was awesome it's very sad that he can't be saved in the game, also the cpu there Is actually consuming 60 watt because of the Imon Slope thanks for the comment🤗
