In Moc Hoa, Vietnam, under the brutal watch of General Ty, a group of prisoners are executed, setting the stage for a deadly conflict. Meanwhile, American college student Scott Wylde visits the country to see his former mentor and best friend Mac Jarvis. His journey takes a dark turn when his girlfriend, Sulin Nguyen, is kidnapped by thugs who murder her family and frame Scott for the crime. Escaping the clutches of the American consulate, Scott teams up with Mac and Terry, Mac's former lover, to track down Sulin in the dangerous territories of Cambodia. As they navigate treacherous battles and form alliances, they uncover a sinister plot involving the Soviet and Vietnamese armies. With time running out, Scott must rescue Sulin from the clutches of the ruthless Soviet leader, Yuri, leading to a climactic showdown that tests their courage and loyalty.
