@@MrHsvhardhitter21 Sure. The same thing was said about the Jazz moving here over 40 YEARS ago as well as Real Salt Lake back in 2005. Both teams are still here and having sellouts each game.

For me I would rather have an expansion team in a city reasonably close to me than one relocating from another area, but hopefully things workout in Salt Lake City for this N.H.L. team.

I lived in Phoenix for 15 years. Winters are awesome, nothing else is. I've only visited SLC twice. The only thing that "sucks" about SLC is their weird Sunday hours for stores, but I live in Seattle now and being close to the ocean and the mountains is very ideal.

Doesn’t bother me one bit that fans in Phoenix vocalized their emotions about the team moving to Salt Lake. “Salt Lake Sucks!” Is a perfect phrase for fans to chant at a hockey game. Just a normal thing to say and do given the situation. That aside, I am super excited for Salt Lake to have an NHL team and I feel that this will be a great home for the team.

I feel like Mormon voters are responsible for the unreasonably low 0.05 BAC limit for DUIs, but I can’t think of much else that Mormons have governed any differently from other conservative states. Do you have any other examples?
