The album measure is 8.25 x 8.25 inches. I made this less than 2 hours.
For this album I used a medium heavy cardstock (8.5" x 11", about 65 lb./180 g/m2).
I suggest to watch the video before preparing your pieces and working along. You should cut and prepares all your pieces before starting your album.

Thanks for a great tutorial! Can’t wait to make this. Have u tried the lay flat album cover? If ur interested, search Michelle Allen or Let’s Get Scrappy RU-vid channels. It’s a newer way to wrap ur cover pieces individually & ur book lies flat when ur going thru it.😊 Tfs! I just found ur channel a wk or 2 ago. Great albums!! Hugs! 🤗

The album is great but I found it hard to follow because you didn’t say which size paper you were using on each step. I am fairly new to this and usually told which piece a person is using. I did however give it a try. Thank you.

Szia Agatha! 🤗❤ Szuper, hogy megnézted a videómat és szeretnéd elkészíteni. Sajnos legalább 10éve inche-ben készítem a terveim és így albumaimat is. Mert a scrapbook papírok és egyéb eszközök is erre lettek kialakítva. Így már rég feladatam, hogy "vacakoljak" az átváltással. Korábban én is ezt tettem, de feladtam. Sajnos nem tudok ilyet küldeni neked. :( A papír. amit használtam 180 g/m2, a 200 g/m2 is jó lehet hozzá.

Hi Monika, I just finished the base and love this album, BUT…… when I close the album, the pages stick out passed the chipboard cover about a quarter of an inch. Any suggestions on how to extend the cover on the right hand side?

@@monikacsikos Thanks for replying so quickly and your offer to help! I ended up figuring out what I could do to fix the problem. The pages that were extended past the cover were the ones we scored at 8”. I just re-scored them at 7.75” and now everything is perfect. Now I just need to decide what paper to use to decorate it! Thanks again for your awesome videos and your support ❤️

Did you leave a space on each hinge or is the unit all the way into the hinge? I can't tell from the video. Great design and I want to do it.

Hi, When I made the hinge, I marked 3/8" in every side of the hinge. This give me a guide line where to put glue and it's give me a 3/8" space from the spine. That's why I got a nice flat pages. I hope it make sence. 🤗Thanks for watching! ❤
