The Reset Network Settings tip worked for me. Finally after 2 days of no phone service! You're a life saver. Thank you for putting together this video.
Thanks for all the tips, unfortunately none of them work ***UPDATE*** Thanks for liking my comment I guess I was a little frustrated 🤪 I ended up changing the SIM card and it didn’t even take 5 minutes, I admit I was too lazy to drive to the store, but it was worthy
Don’t need to do any of this if you have connections issues its caused by using VPN you have to log out of the VPN and try the data or connection to WiFi it should work
If none works, then connect to finder or itunes with the new SIM inside. Click to restore device . Make sure this is done with a computer. When the restore is done , the phone will set up as new and it will activate the SIM over the computer connecting to the server . When you restore , make sure you have it backed up with icloud or itunes before.
Hi. I tried each of your tips, even tried resetting the whole phone. Any other views on this please. My case is, one telco provider is working, while one is not. Unfortunately my sim belongs to the one Not working. My phone has No sim restriction (atleast as reflected on its System). This is getting me crazy. Interestingly though when I tried tapping the Carrier Service aa u've mentioned, it prompted "sever can't be found" 😢 Hahah buhuhu. So im really confused right now if is it my phone or is it the carrier. I tried using 5 more sim cards from the Not working Telco and indeed all of them gathered not a bar on signal. Im using iPhone 13 btw. TIA. Ann - form Philippines
Thanks so much I had the same problem I just got an new iPhone an I had this problem it was the SIM card I took it out an put it back in and it worked 👌👍
i have an iPhone 6 and it said no service on the top left of my phone. my mobile data isn’t working and please can you help me. I’m too scared to tell my dad because he’s gonna say it’s my fault. i can’t get a new phone because my dad is too strict. I got an iPhone 6 from 2020 June and i started having mobile data on 24 August 2023 but today it’s not even working
Hey! I haven’t tried these methods yet but I just want your opinion on my situation: Earlier tonight I touched my screen to check the time, it lit up for a second but a black screen popped up and then the apple logo. this is a brand new phone I’ve maybe had it for 20 days? But no longer than a month, I read somewhere that if your new phone reboots it’s probably because you’ve never manually rebooted it yet. Which is true for me I’ve never restarted it or let it fully die, haven’t had a random reboot issue since (few hours ago). The reason I’m here is because maybe 6 hours later I was scrolling on my phone and noticed I had no service. This happened to me on my old xr but it came back after a while, it’s been 2 hours now and it hasn’t changed. I got a new SIM card with my new phone but I didn’t set it up because I’m not sure how (and I’m not switching numbers either, my SIM card worked perfectly in my new phone up until now). It says to do it on the carrier’s website but my phone is under my dad’s name. Maybe a week ago he got a text from our carrier and read along the lines that my phone wasn’t completely set up yet. I assume it’s the new SIM card because I did the quick set up with apple and it was done in maybe 10 minutes. Would love your advice and opinions, I get anxious with things like these Edit: My new phone is iPhone 13 pro max if that helps!
@@anna-mariapalugova8462 mine came back on my xr just by waiting but on my new phone I turned on airplane mode for a few seconds. Turned it off and it came back lol! However if you’ve tried everything it’s most likely either a problem with your phone, SIM card or your carrier, call your carrier and see if there’s an issue, if there’s not you might need to order a new SIM card. If that doesn’t work it must be your phone
What I did was - put another SIM card in my phone and turnt it off, turnt back on and switched the date/time from automatic….then put my original sim back in and it should work 😁
I currently switched providers and ported my number and everything was fine, then I bought a new phone to upgrade my phone now but while I’m waiting today it dropped service and won’t come back
Man, I wished these tips worked for my iPhone 12 Mini. AT&T gave us a nee SIM card, phone is completely updated, we did a Network reset and nothing worked. We need a new phone.
My iPhone 11 Pro has been showing No Service, been trying all the methods mentioned and they don't work as well. I have tried to take the SIM card out and tried to dial emergency and the call failed as well. Is that an issue caused by the Network ic?
Hey I recently erased my entire iPhone 13 (Factory reset) because I forgot my passcode and now it marks “SOS” on the place where the bars should be, what do I do??
If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device isn't connected to a network, but you can still make emergency calls. This feature is available in Australia, Canada, and the United States.
Could my carrier shut down my iPhone because I switch back and forth from that and my note 20 ultra a lot ? Cause when in the physical sim section I press on network and it says phone not allowed
I got my phone bill that I owed paid last night I called AT&T today they said my service was calmceled but would be restored 3 4 hours still nothing I think my problem might be my SIM card Tho cause not to long ago my phone fell in some deep water my phone was saying no sim for about few days I feel it might be my SIM card
If you find this comment go to settings go to general go to reset network features then after that go to settings go to Wi-Fi re enter your password and you should have bars hope this helped
Mine quit working after the latest IOS update. Went to T-Mobile, they rebooted my iPhone and voila, service was restored. No charge, but I gave the owner 20 dollars anyway.
