if all you saw was the comedic portions in it, you missed the scene. Noel's dialogue to the pastor definitely delivered the potency of his storyline--he repeatedly used his own knowledge of the Bible to refute the homophobic attitude the Pastor was trying to back w/ the Old Testament. And him telling the pastor "Like you I am a child of God too!" was definitely getting his point across to the viewers. Even the comedic element of it had a message--that alot of these Bible thumpers are hypocrites

The scene with the pastor I can relate my father is a pastor and I read him dooown when he tried to throw scriptures at me tlkn bout choices n abominations Lol it was a kee indeed!! ... The comedy , acting, scenery , and additions have evolved in a beautiful way. Each week I say I like a certain character because they would be specifically highlighted but this week I've appreciated EVERYONE !! The church scene was my favorite because it was so controversial. I love this show because it inspires me in ways that you guys....and ladies *hair flips* couldn't have ever imagined. Thank you !!!! P.s say hello to Noel for me :* lmao
