I remember this assistant. I would see on the lives the late come in and often mistakes especially with shampooing and wetting up clients. Also the slight attitude. Was not surprised you parted ways with her.

Crystal I'm so sorry for what you went thru for so long as well as what your clients went through. There were so many times I wanted to call or email or say something but I didn't want to be all in your business or get kicked off your page or it was just too late. There were times when you would have given a relaxer and there was relaxer left on the scalp and behind the ears ......yes I SAW IT!! What I couldn't get over was the way that your clients would be all wet up with that sprayer water it went everywhere and she never said she was sorry or would tell them...JUST USE YOUR TOWEL!!!! OMG!!!! All of the joking and talking over the clients head was just too much. ..... I love a good shampoo so don't talk and joke all loud while I'm getting 'MY' best part of my 'PAID TREATMENT''. I always pay my shampoo girl EXTRA in addition to her tip. One day you had to continue to give instructions regarding the protein treatment REPEATEDLY... it was just like it was her first day everyday she cheated them out of a good shampoo and I knew your irons were going to be smoking from too much conditioner and not enough shampoo. The entire vibe of your salon changed and she took all the class away!! I just prayed that everyone kept their hair but again it was the disrespect for me. Also your clients were looking at each other and they knew that the vibes were so off you could cut it with a knife. It was the holidays so I still watched because I knew you were going to as usual give good styles but it was hard because WE were getting that ENERGY also!! I knew you would eventually do what you had to do and I thank you for that but at the end of the day she was JEALOUS OF YOU!!!! When people see you doing good they want what you have or will sabotage your bag because they know that they don't have the skills to work hard to achieve what you have. You are doing a great job and I've seen you grow as well as learning how to grow my hair using great products. Keep doing you and you will have continued success...REAL TALK WITH RETTA!!!
