After staying at Gundagai Tourist Park, we headed towards out next stop, which was Bundeela Recreation Area, where wombats roam around!
Before we got there, we stopped at a few tourist places such as a large koala next door to the Dog on the Tuckerbox, a historic site. We also stopped at the Big Merino before we made it to where the wombats are!
Make sure you watch to the end to see the wombat that was right outside the van that I got to be (accidentally) really close to it and even watch it eating.

I’ve written subtitles for this video if you need or want them. Press the ‘CC’ button at the top of the video window to turn on the closed captions.
I respect and honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present, and future. I humbly acknowledge the people of the Wiradjuri, Ngunawal, Gandangara/Gundungurra, and Tharawal Nations when I stay on and pass through their lands, not on any single occasion but always. This video was made on stolen land. Sovereignty has never been ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
