If you process your own animals, you probably wonder what to do with the animal by-product produced in the process. If you don't manage it correctly, it can get pretty stinky.
Luckily for us, Brittany and Bodhi Anderson of SugarHill Farm on the Big Island of Hawaii have found a solution that not only keeps the stench away, but it also keeps the animals away, not to mention that when it's finished you have a completely broken down compost that makes a great addition to the plants in your garden.
So join us as we explore their composting methods as well as how they operate one of Hawaii's FIRST Meat CSA's.
If you're looking into getting into food production, this is a video for you.
