@@princereddy4887 no it will not happen. They will impose speed limit on some parts but not all. And they will make the driving licence test difficult enough that only person who can handle 300kmph can only pass the test lol

@@krishnapal0007 Driving in India is 'harder' only because almost noone on the road knows how to stop,start, join/exit roads, change lanes or even make right turns without cutting someone else off. So everyone just makes up for all these 'lack of skills' by simply being dead slow. That is hardly called driving and definitely doesn't make one an 'expert' at it.

@@krishnapal0007 We Indians think that because we barely drive. Our concept of safety behind the wheel is basically an incessant crawl ( compared to European average speeds) regardless of whether there is any traffic or not. I learnt most of my 'defensive' driving in the UK and find driving in India ( several lakh km under my belt) simply a game of patience rather than of any skill at all.

8:19 That 'madness' is how u achieve just 4 road deaths per 100000 people ( only 12% of which are on the autobahns) per year despite no speed limits vs 30 road deaths a year per 100000 in India ( most on the highways!) despite avg road speeds being just a fraction of theirs.

Fully agree. Education - teaching driving matters a lot. In india there is no awareness, no driver training, rules are only on paper. Huge number of licenses issued are fake 🤦🏻‍♂️

My experience on the unrestricted parts of the German Autobahns around Dusseldorf is that I got cut off by vehicles coming into the fast lane while they were doing 100-120 kmph quite often. I had to drop speed suddenly whenever this happened. Although traffic is far more lane and speed aware than most countries I have lived and driven in , especially compared to the UK where I have lived for 13 years. The UK literally had to introduce an ‘Anti-social driving’ Law in 2012 to keep lane hoggers and tailgaters in check.

our indian roads are good enough if our truck drivers understand the rule of not driving on the overtaking lanes..I have seen trucks running on the overtaking lane even on the YAMUNA and AGRA-LUCKNOW expressway.

Nice video, you said some facts that most people don’t know and gave some good advices. However, I have to point out that you were hogging the middle lane (lane 2) too much. In Germany (and in the rest of Europe) you should drive in the furthest right lane when you’re not overtaking ( in Germany its called the “Rechtfahrgebot”) and you can get fined for being on the middle lane while the right lane is free. PS, country roads are not derestricted, the maximum speed allowed is 100 km/h (even the twisty ones) Stay safe.

Stop talking bullshit, left most lane is for overtaking, middle one is for cruising and right most is for going slow usually for trucks.

@@abhiravsathe8378 you clearly don’t live in Germany nor in Europe. On motorways you have to cruse on the rightmost lane except for overtaking. In Germany if the police catches you in the middle lane without overtaking, they will fine you 80€ and 1 point off your driving license. In France it’s 35€

wish atleast the lane system must be implemented in India if not the speed limit at least.Trucks move in whatever lane they want and they block the lanes too while overtaking each other.people cross the highways at whichever place they want to.

it is not mandatory to have summer tires and winter tires. You can also have all weather tires, all you need is proper tread levels. If you have a bald tire in the winter (of any type), then you'll get fined. ;)
