2005-2009 MUSTANG OWNERS READ THIS IF ITS NOT YOUR BATTERY OR STARTER: first time this happened to me it was just (anti theft) unplugged the power supply cartridge under my steering wheel for 3 seconds and put it back in and worked. second time it was the plastic piston/button that the clutch comes in contact with when you press the clutch all the way down it came loose and had to mount it back where it was originally easy fix. HOPE THIS HELPS!
@NRS GENIUS 4 weeks already brooo and no answer?am having the same issue with my 07 mustang...driving it all day and at the last stop I made for the day it decided not to crank..I already got a new battery, new starter.still same issue
Probs the starter relay check for corrosion or dirt build up on the starter (usually the relay motor is placed on top of the starter itself so the wires would also get dirty near there) I have a 07 mustang it tries to crank when it hooked up to a batttery pack but still won’t start so it’s gotta be the relay
I checked my fuses and nothing so I suppose the last resort is the starter I pretty sure it’s my starter considering it’s the one thing that hasn’t been changed out
If it was the Alternator it would say Check Charging system and u would see a battery light ....what about a Clogged up Catalytic converter or bag 02 sensors
My 05 when I try to start it will click once. The fuel pump doesn't turn on and it doesn't crank. I can cross the starter over and it cranks but won't start and I can bypass the relay and it will crank but won't start. I have replaced both relays and it still won't do anything.
OK I FIXED IT, IT IS THE STARTER. SOME PARTS OF THE STARTER ARE BAD AND U HAVE TO USE A CROWBAR ON THE STARTER TO GET IT TO THE NONBROKEN PART OF THE STARTER TO START THE CAR
@@Tavariscobb I switched to my spare key. The key fob is damaged somehow. I've had no issues since switching ::knocks on wood::. I would try to reset your key by keeping it on the "on position" without turning over for at least 10 minutes. See if that helps.
Bro your best bet is to stay away from used crappy parts ...If you got a used starter the first time and it died in a year it’s trash ...New starters are better than used ones ...Anything new is better than used parts
Brandon Walker he said it was his starter. Mine is doing the same thing. Everything he described is what mine is doing. My battery, alternator and starter is good. Idk why it still won’t turn on
