I totally agree! I started as a Project Coordinator in a mid size CRO and this because I enrolled to a program with an internship + I have my BSc Biology. Then worked my way up to be CRA now. You really have to start in those long tail jobs for you to be a CRA. Thank you for sharing!!!!

Great info. If you are not trying to put time in getting the right experience to become CRA, someone else is and they will get the role. There's a lot of passionate people with experience trying to become CRAs. You can't just walk in and try to become one just because you think it's cool and money is good!

Thank you for sharing! In case I have a BSc and MSc in Public Health, and a CRA certificate, all those things will mean nothing unless I have real experience such as an internship or volunteer in a clinical trial. Right?
