A fantastic fruit balls recipe! A healthy dried fruit snack that’s great to pack in a lunch box, take in a picnic or have as a yummy snack in the morning and evening. It only take less than 30 minutes to make. It is full of nutrients dates and apricots.
Dates are a source of bone-friendly minerals including phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium. They are also a source of vitamin K which is needed for healthy, strong bones. Apricots are low in fat but rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene. These nutrients act as antioxidants to protect your cells from damage. Raisins contain healthy vitamins and minerals. They are also fat-free and cholesterol-free, high in antioxidants, and an excellent source of fiber.
Nuts are also an excellent food choice for kids. In fact, studies show that adding nuts to your child’s diet may improve their intake of protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

Dry Apricots 1 cup, chopped
Raisins 1/2 cup
Mix nuts(cashew, almond, pistachio and walnuts
) 1/2 cup, coarsely chopped
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cooking white chocolate 1/2 cup
Milk 1 tbsp
Roasted semolina 1tbsb
