Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.
The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?
Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. if i was 4KFunnies I would grade this a B-, Delfino and Mario's chromatics are unable to make people understand what the chromatic is saying,luigi popping in was unexpected and different from the og song, luigi is a good chromatic if i'm being honest but it's too loud. I think its cool that you added extra notes to the part that is very silent for the vocals. but everything else is just another cover.

I wasn’t expecting a grade on this!! but to address a couple things things, what do you mean exactly about delfino and Mario’s voices? That part is unclear to me tbh.. I added Luigi as both a chromatic test and with a way of making this more original, same for the extra section.. and at the end of the day it’s just meant to be a simple cover (plus I think 4k funnies would grade this differently than you, since you both are different people)
