Been cooking up this one for a bit! Cyberpunk 2077 has been one of my all time favorite gaming experiences right up there with Red Dead Redemption 2 and Lego Batman 2! The world that feels impossible not to get immersed in, the cast of beautifully written characters, and of course, the many branching stories night city has to offer! And update 2.0 along with the Phantom Liberty Expansion dialed it up to 11! This video is following just one of the many Phantom Liberty playthroughs I've played! Anyway, thank you all for all the love and support you have been showing my channel, especially the Cyberpunk vids! The art direction, design and architecture of the world in this game is so good that every frame on screen could be a wallpaper. The world they've created has so much style and cool aesthetic to it that most of the other games feel so insipid and déjà vu in comparison

@@mike.21gigawatts hey sorry, I didn't see this til now. the world of cyberpunk 2077 and the official artbook are both really cool, there's some fr beautiful artwork in them. I think they're both made by dark horse comics and those mfs go hard with quality. dark horse also made the cyberpunk library edition vol 1 which is a hardcover comp of three comic series that are all really good. beyond that I really recommend the cyberpunk RED lorebook and black chrome - they're made for the cyberpunk tabletop rpg but there's a ton of lore to find within

@@bluemoon1716 I'm not so sure. Even after you shoot him he doesn't give up, he still tries to return fire. I think what actually happened is that he had a soft spot for V and that caused him to hesitate, to give so many chances. He trusted you would make the "right" choice given so much pressure. So I think he found V's willingness to kill him as a surprise. Either that, or he just couldn't let go of his dedication to finish a mission, feelings and injuries be damned.

Lovely edit! All the little syncs to the music were really cool, 1:02-1:06, 2:01-2:05, this sequence especially 1:37-1:50, as someone who meddled with video editing myself, your memory of moments that can add to each other, timing and their flow deserve a lot of praise! Not what I expected from a video with a small view count, that's for sure. And of course the crescendo at 3:10, what an idea, probably what inspired you to try doing this edit in the first place xD

God, this has to be one of my favorite videos for Cyberpunk right now. The song fits perfectly for Phantom Liberty and for what V’s thoughts could be after everything plays out after King of Wands. You caught the feelings and events in a truly remarkable way. Personally, King of Wands is my preferred ending for the DLC since I tend to play Corpo V. Feels like that background in particular enhances the similarities between her and the other characters in Phantom Liberty, like Reed and Alex, but especially So Mi. Like to think of the ending as V choosing to give her the same chance at a new life that Jackie gave her when she needed him most, even if we don’t know what’s going to happen to her with Mr. Blue Eyes on the Moon.

@@lucjusz14 That’s the overall message we are given at surface level, yes. I’ve seen plenty of theories and the like about how that message and the contents having been sent by her sponsor instead, Mr. Blue Eyes. She could have been cured perhaps, but he also could have taken the Neural Matrix for his own purposes and let the Blackwall take her body. If he didn’t do that and her cure worked anything like V’s did in the Tower ending, she could still be a vastly adept netrunner, but no longer capable of what she was able to do in most of Phantom Liberty.

As for the matrix, I suppose it may have worked properly in her case and healed her completely. V's case was unique, and there is also the possibility of intentional interference by NUSA (V knew too much). Mrs. Blu Eyes already got what he wanted from her (information) and he probably already has powerful technologies, so he wouldn't need the matrix.

But I think paranoia is a valid response when it comes to him, considering his connections to not just the Peralez situation, but to Garry the Prophet. It may also be a stretch, but I also think he could be connected to the Psycho incident with Maelstrom where “Lilith” was mentioned. The same “Lilith” that Gary talked about.
