Got my first Omega Seamaster that Brosnan and Craig’s Bond wore for a while. I know it’s subjective but I don’t really like the strap on this one. Otherwise beautiful:)
Over a year ago I bought a used Spectre watch and a NTTD on bracelet. Believe it or not I have not really worn either much as I am waiting until socializing is back to normal. Things where I am seem close and of course I will wear the NTTD to the film in November. I am visiting my first Omega Boutique in 2 weeks on our first trip in 14 months.
My dream watch! 20yo kid here but I hope that in the future I will be able to buy myself one of these. Thank you for the unboxing vid, gives me something to aspire towards. Cheers!

Verdaderamente elegante, creo que de todos los 007, este es sin duda el más cercano al personaje. Tiene una discreta elegancia y por si mismo es encantador, tiene el perfecto toque entre lo elegante, funcional y discreto hasta que es descubierto, se vuelve como un 007.
Well given the current global situation it certainly wouldn't have been the best moment to release a film with the title. So it made sense for them to delay the release not only because of the box office result they would have had but also the name at the moment.

I go it last week and if anything feel that the watch suffers from being a bit TOO perfect, if there's such a thing. It is a bit technocratic at the cost of 'beautiful horology'. But yes, it is awesome. Oh also, on low light conditions it's very difficult to read but if anything it gives it a fantastic mystery touch and if you care to make the effort you can see it's not a common thing.
I'd much prefer that the designers have put the red card slots inside the leather pouch instead on the outside at the back. Not only it would be safer for the cards themselves, but also such design would add more elegance to the pouch, as it would have been cleaner and more minimallistic.
Congratulations on your purchase. It looks so unique. I still prefer the Spectre Seamaster 300, but no doubt I'd still love to get this as well. On a side note, a pity about the movie being delayed. Health is important nonetheless. Stay safe over there in the UK!

I think he has certainly added something special to their line up with this and the Spectre Limited Edition which he also had and gave direct input on.
I really like it. But I feel they market up the price a bit much for this normal production version. That is the only negative I can think of. I think 5-6k is fair. 7+ seems a bit much. But the sea master has always been a bargain anyways.
The watch looks very good on you and it appears comfortable. A watch can have all the looks, but if it sucks to wear it doesn't matter. Nice choice. Wear it in good health and happiness! --Michael
I think this one takes that simplistic, yet classy style, to an even greater level than the SPECTRE. Both are wonderfully styled watches but I think they hit it out of the park with this edition.

Nice video, thanks for being one of the first to post a detailed unboxing of the 007 edition on RU-vid! I'm also looking to preorder the bracelet version. I'm not too put off by the price but have seen many criticised the aluminum bezel decision as opposed to ceramic - how does the aluminum bezel feel and does it have the satisfying "clicks" found on the normal SMP 300 or is it more smooth due to the use of aluminum?

Yes I was surprised too that the bezel was a toughened aluminium rather than the ceramic / liquid metal, but my first impressions are that the decision to go with the aluminium doesn’t take anything away from the watch. Great video and watch. Quick query: what's the other sleeve on the inside of the travel pouch for? Looks like it might hold a springbar tool. Should come with the specific nato for the price to be honest but a beautiful watch all the same. Thanks for the video.

Yes that’s correct the extra sleeve inside the pouch is for a spring bar tool which comes with the version that has the NATO strap I believe instead of the titanium bracelet which I went for. I thought the NATO came with it standard. Looking forward to hearing how it wears. I enjoy the omega thanks for sharing my boutique said I had to buy the watch to see it due to they do not have them on sight.

Is the bracelet a satin finish? (Rather than polished). I assume it is, because the rest of the watch is brushed, but it is hard to tell from photos and videos. Well I certainly lean more towards Omega, they are the only brand of higher end watches I've been drawn to. Their look/design feels younger and more contemporary than a Rolex for example.
I get what you mean, before I saw it in person I wasn't sure myself. It's a very personal thing and comes down to what your comfortable with and what feels right.
Hi, there are two versions of this watch on sale and I went for the one with the titanium bracelet. The NATO strap is available separately however, but for now I’m happy with the titanium.
