No water coming out dried coffee grounds - Jura ena micro 9 test 

The motor keeps running even the brew group is already at the highest or lowest position. any idea?

I would be nicer if you shows how to take that part out

I disassembled the brew group and cleaned everything, replaced the 3 red seals (on Ena micro 1) and put back together. Unit does not rinse and when making coffee, puck is completely dry. No water in brew group. So it's not clogged. What else could it be? Advice? Kinda stuck! very frustrating! Reassembled it at least 4 times. no go.

Where you based? I have one similar issues. But it's not rinsing, is that part of the same problem?
