Here in Gangetic West Bengal and Northern part of West Bengal has no water crisis. Because West Bengal is a River belt state. Every cities and villages in West Bengal have many ponds and reservoirs.
Farmers are responsible for ground water level... Because gov not taken major steps.... Delhi example is failed example because delhi hav no water bodies they are dependent on Yamuna Ganga...... Gov impose Cess on.... Big businessman for obtaining funds

इस समस्या का एक ही उपाय है वाटर कमीशन का गठन करना उसे संवैधानिक दर्जा देना अलग से अधिनियम बनाना पावर और अकाउंटेबिलिटी दोनों तय करना मैनपॉवर देना नवी सूची ज्यूडिशल रिव्यू से बाहर रखना उसके बाद कोई भी सरकार आए जाए यह समस्या का समाधान हो जाएगा राजनीतिक कर्म से यह समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा
Indian citizen's are lazy when it comes to getting together and working together thinking only about own sake depending on government not saving water I've seen everywhere water wasting through borewell,water pump etc and many people's mindset is very weird in india only when it becomes their job they'll start caring about it. There should be 50% contribution of citizens in the country and 50% of government and politicians without any corruption. First if the mentality of the people changes then the country will change.
@@SharkFishSFFalse hopes..... Arabs are fully dependent on this technique and see their water prices. Oil seems to be cheaper there in comparison to water rates !!! Government should rather make teams which are trained in water reserving techniques like building small reservoirs in each locality which would replenish ground water levels more than what of it is consumed. In return, this would increase employment by the government and help conserve environment as well.
