soooo I’ll just go ahead and point out the elephant in the room. what do you all think of one of your best friends engaging in same-sex relationships? and i only ask because you guys seem to reference the Bible a lot, the same Bible that focuses a lot on the importance of heterosexual partnerships, all while a non hetero man sits next to you. I can’t be the only one who peeped the way Arrington got quiet after Val started talking about how men and women bring completely different things to the table, and how it’s important to have an equal contribution of the both in a romantic relationship. obviously that belief doesn’t align with Arringtons lifestyle, so am i missing something here?
First, I’m not blaming you or trying to sound rude, but I don’t believe it’s right to assume someone’s sexuality, based on anything really. I think he could speak for himself about that, and we don’t know his sexual orientation. But that aside, I personally think love is love, and nobody should be told they can’t have relationships/be in love with certain people, just because they are of the same sex or same gender. At the same time, I am also religious. But I think people can be religious, and choose to believe what they actually believe, whatever that may be, without completely subscribing to one religion and every single thing that traditionally comes with it. I have a lot of Christian beliefs, and some other beliefs from other religions as well. And many people might say that I “can’t call myself a Christian” or I “can’t do that”, but that’s just what I chose. Not to rebel against anyone, but because it’s just the story of life that I believe. So I just believe that God loves everyone, and he made them to be who they are, on purpose! I also believe that he makes no mistakes. So to me, means that same-sex relationships will happen, and those people with be incredibly happy, and live a beautiful life, just like any other heterosexual couples. So I hope you can understand where I’m coming from.

Women at a disadvantage financially ? In the corporate world maybe but your average woman can post feet pics and make a man’s monthly salary in one day…
Going back to the Question on are woman at a Corporate disadvantage I disagree with Val and her sister because woman are at a disadvantage. When slavery ended they needed some sort of Hierarchy some sort of slavery to replace that and that’s why woman get paid less. Woman to this day get paid less. Those times were not long ago and wether you label yourself a feminist or not every woman is a feminist bcs we have no choice but to be we want careers we want to drive and be creative and for that we are feminist bcs the man will always be above systematically
