I don't know if another comment has already commented but... In the game there are gnomes who help the protagonists with small tasks, and that is why they are the tree here. The animation of Mono and the bear is part of the game in the hospital area if I remember correctly, they use the X Ray to find a key. And last one... They are definitely not friends, #JusticeForMono!
Hi Zeez! I just have a small tip for you. When playing Axe Boy, you usually want to grab branches as much as possible (sometimes even in chase if you have time), just because trees are very important to have at least 1 of at all times. Having lots of trees (particularly with restful roads) also lets you cut off kiting areas, so maximising your tree count can be very beneficial to let you utilise your abilities as effectively as you can. That’s all I have to say though, great video!
Since your considering playing little nightmares I’ll talk abt the game a bit just so you know what it is, it’s more of a story game but it is challenging with lots of chase or sneaky scenes which will honestly make your heart jump a lot 😭 it can be a little slow at times but it does carry an eerie vibe where you don’t know what/who your gonna find around the corner, it does have some gruesome or depressing scenes which idek how that’s allowed on RU-vid but I definitely recommend at least the first game, the game has lots of plot twists and intriguing lore, if you’ve ever seen spirited away imagine that but your playing as a small child (literally) and everyone wants to eat you

more axe boy gaming wooo!! i'm only halfway through the video but as an ex-A badge robbie i would recommend bringing a confined space build if you're having trouble. trump card tends to slow him down from my experience. if you're confident with your soul hits then going back to carrying blink would be more beneficial than peepers :)

if you haven’t played little nightmares, you definitely should! it’s an interesting story plot and i think you’d enjoy it, mono is my absolute fav character ever and this might be my fav crossover yet. the tv’s and gnomes are the main premise of the game & there will most likely be a pt 2 to the crossover due to similarities between the game characters & idv characters

Actually, in the game itself(little nightmares) mono gets lots of hats/caps from the adventure which some of 'em shows his face and yeah, the relationship between six and mono is ally-fellow which leads to be... Nah I don't wanna spoil the game, and yeah ofc you *"SHOULD"* play the game, it's overaweing and will overawe you

Hospital is so annoying I swear, the other day I couldn't even chair anyone because a forward and a cowboy kept harassing and I couldn't even do anything... It ended up being a tie but I was so close to surrendering...
I think you’re playing axe boy a bit odd, I don’t know how to explain it. One thing to note is that flames are actually very important for deducing survivor location, and you can really catch them off guard when it’s just a tap flame ^^ but honestly he’s hard to play! You did well for a B tier hunter
Im super happy that the Little Nightmares crossover came out, I was a fan of the games before i even knew about idv! Hopefully one day they make more skins.
axe boy is so fun to play it makes me sad hes only a tie hunter. also for me the fact that he's short is also a big problem because its so hard to see anything lol
Zeez hot tip: on the first match you could see that someone was on the cipher through the mini-map on the top left (bc the peeper was red). As a hunter, the mini-map is really valuable!
This skin has less visibility due to the paper bag, slightly laggier tree roots but I felt like the hitbox is bigger I don’t know if it’s just my feeling
as an axe boy main since 2021, i carry detention and trait swap but i start with blink to get that first down and usually swap to teleport later in the game. overall i just think since mono was just released everyone is playing axe boy and the survs now know how to counter less experienced robbie players. you also just have to get more experience with the flame hits and get used to his speed/hitbox
though i also understand that he is very mid like b tier character and just difficult to play when the survs know what they're doing so i think u did good!!
I think one reasonable buff for axe boy could be that he doesn't have to pick the branches... Like why do you have to go on a side quest to use your ability?😭
Honestly I think the losses were mainly bc of the shock of using peeper instead of blink, esp with harassers, the biggest axe boy counter, and two insanely survivor sided maps 😭 just a combination of things, you did well tho!!!!
suggestion for hitting your flames, be unpredictable and dont bother holding the ability button, because if they dont know your trying to use it, how are they gonna dodge it? just a friendly tip,
