It's the Guards fault if they won't enforce the rules!!! People are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT ... so until the Guard puts them in their place, the touching will continue!!
What is wrong with these Guards? They are there to do their duty. They are to enforce the rules. They are to shout at the tourists don;t touch the horse.
Sad to say, but I've lost so much respect for the guards! How can you be an actual soldier and break a rule, while some others uphold it? How can an army have any success when they are not a cohesive group, but want to do things their own way? How could you ever trust such a one to have your back, if they can't even mutter the word NO! I'm sorry, but that screams weakness in my opinion!
They’ve built that building in the back from stolen goods & wealth from all over the world using bullying tactics & now the whole world is here in their country..” what goes round comes round “….lazy people thru & thru..😮… these people on the horses are very lazy refusing to do any work
