In short, reloading this scout with heal clip is better than other scouts because you put one bullet into it for the reloading animation, also incandescent can roll in the other perk slot.
With how fast you can reload two rounds with one quick animation and keep Cure giving you health, it's *kinda* like restoration, just a teensy bit 😅 lol.

I got a heal clip precision instrument and since you can hit from so FAR you can wipe out 3-4 guys as long as they stay in a fight super easy the two taps are so satisfying after you build up the PI stacks
I was messing with this load/shoot mechanic yesterday. It even work when hip-firing if you keep the reticle on a target while reloading. So you load once, fire to get the kill on a red bar, load again, repeat without ADS. Incandescent is just fun on this 😁🔥
I feel like this Scout Rifle archetype should have actually been a special weapon with juiced up damage but work with Scout Rifle aartifact Mods Then condintional Finality double barrel type could have been introduced as another Shotgun archetype and Crossbows that are basically Buried Bloodline but larger could have been Special Bows. And then a Bolt Action Sniper could have been a Power Weapon.

The first one I droped had heal clip and faster aiming (don't remember the name) and god it feels good to play with this weapon, both in pve and pvp, the stability is awesome without any stat in it with perks. I love it and I hope I'll get to craft it at some point.

You could do a really nutty holstering build with dead man’s tale. I’m gonna see if holstering procs heal clip unloading the best handling build for it with less capacity could go nuts
Will be great until Bungie says it’s a bug and forces you to slow ass load all of your bullets before heal clip procs. Oh, and then they will remove the reload cancelling for good measure.

I been using this in PvP and can get precision damage as high as 127! :o I have the Precision instrument in the right perk and it hits like a truck.also solar weapon surges if you pickup orbs I think do more damage
Fun fact: Dual Loader is working weird on this one - for some reason, it loads 3 instead of 2, effectively making Outlaw the only thing faster for reload animations. I'm pretty sure that it's a bug, since Dual Loader doesn't do that with anything else
Dual Loader adds one additional ammo to any reload. This scout originally loads 2 ammo at a time with Dual Loader adding 1 bringing it up to 3 at a time. Enhanced Dual Loader adds +2 to any reload as well, taking it up to 4 at a time 👍

That’s cool and all.. but what’s up with the Prismatic Snare Bomb not making me invisible on my Hunter. Don’t even wanna use it if I can’t go invisible on command.. hopefully it’s just a bug.
May be wrong on this, I barely play hunter, but I believe Snare Bomb cannot intrinsically apply Invisible. It only weakens enemies at the base ability. You can make Snare Bomb grant invisibility through a Void Aspect called Trapper's Ambush. Prismatic Hunter doesn't have that aspect though. It does have Stylish Executioner, which can grant invisibility by killing debuffed enemies. It works off ANY debuff on Prismatic. So go wild.
Aggressive frames suck in PVE as a whole. They need a buff badly. It’s the reason no one uses them. All the maps are made for 50 m or less ranges, and all the enemies run towards you like morons so fights are always better with higher damage mid range weapons. Like HC, AR, Pulse etc that 30 to 50 m sweet spot. Anything else is better to use a sniper. I was so excited about the 120s but my God role rapid hit dragonfly from spire is meh at best. Explosive payload subsistence was also underwhelming. Maybe if they stunned in GM or high-level content, but when you can’t flinch the target, it comes down to a DPS race. Maybe if 120s could one shot red bars… But why would you use a 120 when a 140 or 180 with surge Are much better, DPS and kill in the same amount of shots, are much more forgiving of body shots and generally much easier and faster to aim?
Honestly I haven't found a scout that is better than my Oxygen SR3 which can be bought from the legendary section in the exotic shop so no need to keep rolling for it, it has Meaganeura and Firefly, its what I use when I need a scout which tbh isn't very often. I mainly use a Blast Furnace with Firefly/Tremors upgraded, a hand canon or fire trace with Dragons Breath. I run Osmiomancy Stasis Warlock so my turrets pretty much stun anything a scout requires and due to the weird glitch with overloads my turrets actually stun faster and do a better job than my hand canon does now.. I tried Wayfarer with these stats depicted in the video, its to slow firing and to slow reloading for it to be of any use in GM, its basically a glorified Vanguard scout. You generally don't need a scout or side to take out unstoppable since you can freeze them in place etc if you take the right build, barriers and mainly overloads are the issue since overloads can teleport and regen on the fly. Unstoppable are not my concern, overloads and barriers are so what use is a scout against an overload or barrier?
That's irrelevant because he's trying to heal not DPS. When your behind cover and your taking splash damage I promise getting that heal helps more then doing damage
Its terrible in GM's Masters, Blast Furnace Firefly/Kinetic Tremors top slot, MAAHES HC4 hand canon Dragon Fly/Pulse Monitor second slot with the Dragons Breath in the 3rd slot and you're good to go with barriers and overloads. Of course it depends on your build but the Wayfarer is meh to even regular legendary pulse or hand canons, you could stun with virtually any hand canon and you don't need a scout for unstoppables since they can be removed with class abilities and the Blast Furnace. The Wayfarer fires to slow reloads to slow to be effective and you don't need it to run through a GM Nightfall its not particularly better than the Oxygen SR3 which can be bought in the legend section exotic shop. I run the Blast Furnace Firefly/Tremors with Epochal Integration Incandescent/Stats for All/Ricochet Rounds/Small bore and the Dragons Breath launcher, I ran 15x GM Nightfalls back to back yesterday with these. I also run Warlock Osmiomancy gloves with Stasis turrets to freeze everything or Hunter Stasis Lucky Pants Malfeasance Elsies pulse with under over for max shield break for Barriers and the Edgewise LMG from the legendary section in the exotic shop. There are literally so many better choices than the Wayfarer, its a glorified normal mode Vanguard campaign scout but in GM you will want something significantly better than the Wayfarer. Grind Onslaughts for the Blast Furnace and MAAHES HC4 buy the Oxygen SR3 if you absolutely must have a scout and get the Edgwise its an amazing fire LMG which are quite rare. You basically just need a good pulse for Barriers with high capacity clip a hand canon and a good launcher or LMG, your build will be putting in allot of work in GM's. I ran Zero Hour grinded hard for Outbreak Perfected which is one of the best pulse in the game but the Blast Furnace is just sooooo good for a legendary it comes with me into all GM's now, never used a scout ever its not needed.
Do you make vids for specifically Vanguard only players? Because if you do then that's fine I guess but there is no reason to even take a scout into GM since unstoppable can be taken out even without being stunned. To anybody reading this run Onslaughts try to get a good roll Blast Furnace top slot pulse with Firefly/Tremors or if you have one in your vault from last season upgrade it then run a hand canon of your choosing in second slot with the dragons breath exotic IF you got it last season in 3rd slot but if you don't have it the Code Duello with chain reaction from Banshee or the Edgwise LMG from Legendary section of exotic shop near your vault. If you need a scout the Oxygen SR3 from the same legend section near the vault but generally in GM's you don't need a scout. If you can't remove an unstoppable its a build problem, unstoppables aren't a concern its overloads since they can teleport and heal also barriers can toast you straight out but overloads are the main concern in GM's. For Vanguards pretty much anything is viable. I tried the Wayfarer with those perks, it fires to slow reloads even slower and its not better than the Oxygen SR3 which can be bought no need to roll for specific perks. That thing would be less than useless in GM's since your main concern should be ovelroads and barriers. Don't know what you were trying to achieve with this vid? 10min for a crapola tier scout with mid perks while talking slower than Forest Gump, you probably made some poor new player grind for hours for a mid scout with mid perks then get stomped in GM's.
All the weapon creep just proves Destiny 2 his its last legs. This is the same exact exact thing they were doing in D1 at the end. Re-releasing exotics and redoing all the old raids. Releasing super OP versions of weapons that were hard to get before…. This is the end. I give it two years tops until D3 and they completely wipe our progress and we hand them money again for a mediocre story thats drip fed and doesn’t live up to expectation
I LOVE how rikky boy gets so hooked on perks that don't fit guns lol, like, it has a stupid long reload why wouldn't you just use dual loader which it can get by the way, rikky boy was just so fixated on this roll that he neglected to mention that lol
Padded video, blowing this gun out of proportion, not mentioning the negatives (severely reduced Cure in pvp, having 0.5-1 sec taken up after reload by the Lever-action reload animation that plays even after reloading 1-bullet)

TLDR; Feels horrible on console. Slow and clunky and doesn't hit its target. Everyone seems to really say its a slept on weapon but on console, i cannot get this thing to work properly. It kicks way too hard, body shot damage is extremely low, the mag size is too low. If the gun would actually hit where i'm aiming and not be so slow to reload, it would be decent. I almost feel that unless your seasonal artifact has a good use for scout rifles and a nightfall happens to have a solar burn, there's no real use for this thing.
