We start with 200 g of lentils, which we fill with water and let sit for at least an hour. Then, rinse the lentils thoroughly and place them in a blender. Add 75 ml of water and blend well with an immersion blender. Now comes the fun part that gives your bread an unforgettable flavor: add olive oil, red onions, grated zucchini, and a bit of salt. 🌿🥒
Once you have mixed the ingredients well, add flaxseeds, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and leavening agent. This combination gives our bread the perfect consistency and great taste. 🔄👩🍳
