Very cool, Huw! Exactly what I asked for. Your booth looks very professional with lots of different selections to choose from. This makes me want to participate locally! Great job on the walk-thru, thank you! 😃 Phil
Thank you Phil. You were in the back of my mind when I did it. Glad you like it. I had a great couple of days and looking forward to the next ones. Take care my friend. Cheers, Huw
I love walking around places like that and talking to other makers. It’s a small chance to get inside their heads and share passions. Best of luck man. Make On my Friend
Thanks Mark, There really was a great mixture of crafts there. The organiser makes sure there is only one type of each craft there so the customers will have a lot to look at. Take care Mark. Cheers, Huw
I had an amazing time there Gary and so looking forward to the next one as I will be able to take my LP 2 and use it. It brings a lot of attention when I use it. Take care my friend. Hwyl, Huw
It’s always fun and interesting to attend craft fairs. The talent you see is often excellent and inspiring even if it’s something I’m not interested in doing or owning. Stuart
Thanks Dave, This is a busy market and in the summer it gets even busier. Next one will be in a Marquee outdoors so will be able to take and use my Laser Engraver and when I use it people come to the table to see what is going on and that gives me the chance to talk to them. Good luck on Sunday mate, hope you do really well 🤞🤞 Take care Dave. Cheers, Huw
Thanks Wes. I was pleased how it looked and now have pictures so I can replicate it LOL. Take care mate. Cheers, Huw

Hello Huw, The products on your stand are great. I am happy to see beautiful products there. I always appreciate your crafts. And I saw many other beautiful products. nice environment. Thank you for sharing. All the best. Cheers Huw
I enjoyed the walk through. Looked like a lot great items and products. Your booth looked great. Did I see a sweet shop in there too? I’m a sucker for sweets.😁Take care Huw. Have a wonderful day my friend.
Thank Randy, It was a great couple of days and looking forward to going back. Yes there were lots of sweets being sold but I was a good boy and abstained from them, LOL. Take care my friend. Cheers, Huw
Thanks Gary, I'm ok at the moment. I was pleased how it looked and sold quite a few pieces over the 2 days so looking forward to the next one which will be in a marquee out doors (no smoke alarms LOL) so I can take and use my Laser Engraver which always attracts people when in use. Take care mate. Cheers, Huw
Craft shows are more work than they appear- that's my impression - you ? Though I do love talking to the people ! Thanks for sharing Huw. Take care and hwyl. -Mike
Thanks Mike, It does take a lot of work to set up and run a stall at at craft market but as you said I had the chance to chat to loads of lovely people at the same time. Take care my friend. Cheers, Huw
Great set up you have there Huw, now made me look to see if theres a Makers Market in my neck of the woods. Hope it was good for you and the Wooden-It-Be-Nice industry, I think having the ability to do Laser etching in situ would be a great attraction. Cheers Steve
Thanks Steve, I would look into it if I was you. Just Google Craft Markets or Makers Markets near you. I will be able to use the Laser at the next few as they will be in a marquee in the grounds so no smoke alarms. Take care mate. Cheers, Huw
Thanks Myk. It was a great 2 days and certainly worth the effort. Next one same place, 4th & 5th April, but in a Marquee outdoors so can take and use my Laser Engraver which always attracts people to my table. I was also invited, and accepted, to another 2 day Show in early may and they have 20,000 to 30,000 visitors over the 2 days. Take care Myk. Cheers, Huw
Thanks Hans it was a great couple of days. Take care my friend. Cheers, Huw PS I have just looked and I have 2 months of your videos to watch. I haven't any notification for video by you from YT for ages.
That's fine, Huw. I have been hardly online the last few months, because I was buzzy in my shop. I have a pursed bandsaw that had to be fixed, but it is working now.@@WoodenItBeNice
Hi Jack, Thank you so much for your concern. I am ok but have suffered from a blocked Saliva Gland on the right hand side of my face which is extremely sore and makes the side of my face swell up. I've had 3 different courses of Antibiotics to try and sort it which worked to a degree. Going for an Ultrasound Scan this morning to find out if there is anything else going on. I'm hoping to have a video out next week which will be the 1st turning video since February. Thanks again for your concern Jack. Take care. Cheers, Huw
Hi Huw, I really miss those kind of markets, never know what kind of stuff will be there. I'm now fully subscribed. You mentioned you had a favourite pen that you turned but I can't find the message. If you have time would you mind letting me know, i'd love to see it! AJ
Thanks Andy, I have 22 of them booked throughout this year and really looking forward to them. They are great fun to do and you meet lots of interesting people. Thanks for subscribing, I really appreciate it. Take care Andy Cheers, Huw Link to the pen video; ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AxYpqxdRscM.html
Nice set up there Huw, i was wondering how the laser engraved products are doing for you? I'm just about to buy a laserpecker 2 myself so i can make a few things when im not well enough to turn. I'm not 100% sure on it yet, unfortunately there are no decent in depth videos about the laserpecker program. How have you found it?
Hi Michael, Thanks very much. The laser products sell really well especially bamboo pens engraved with peoples names on them. You can buy them and the refills on Amazon. I have recovered 83% of the cost of the laser in 4 months of using it. I have 3 videos on my Channel of using the LP2 Where I go into different materials I engrave on and cutting as well. The information about the LP2 is shockingly sparce from the company. I can't recommend highly enough 2 LP groups on Facebook; LaserPecker 2 User Group and LaserPecker 2 VIP Group. Both groups are really helpful on problem solving. I would also recommend you keep a record of settings used when testing so you know what works and what doesn't. Hope this helps and I think you will really enjoy the LP2. Take care Michael. Cheers, Huw
