Hi Claus - the TL7 didn't shoot the track wheel because the indicator showed it would not pen for damage, so he shot the turret which showed green for damage pen. The other guy got spotting assist. If he used a shot to track him he may not have had enough shells to kill him.
I have to admit, I totally sucked as a light-tank driver. For the most part, I just drove around as fast as I could, kind of like our friend Premium Ammo Avoider, all the while humming the theme song from Top Gun! I feel the need...the need for speed!
Recently, I’ve noticed a number of players playing for their own XP instead of straight to win. Example: players waiting for an enemy to not be stunned before they shoot so they don’t have to share xp with arty, or waiting until an enemy is no longer lit before blind firing so they don’t have to share with light tank. Really frustrating to light up a tank then see it damaged the split second it isn’t lit anymore. I get why, but it is a pain to be on their team.
Hey Claus - Really cool game, especially with the dual perspective! Aha, new T-shirt theme: Light tanks contain "I" as objective while Medium tanks fight for "Me". Here are some lyrics from a song from a somewhat obscure (but one of my favorite) Broadway musical that seems to have been written directly with WoT in mind: "Everybody's playing the game, But nobody's rules are the same, Better learn to go it alone, Recognize you're out on your own, Never make a promise or plan, Take a little love where you can, Never take a stranger's advice, Never let a friend fool you twice, Never be the first to believe, Never be the last to deceive, Never stay a minute too long, Don't forget the best will go wrong." These are the exact lyrics although I have not included all the lines, especially those that are the title of the song. What do you think? Pretty much describes WoT to a "T"?
the Kpz 50t is by far my favorite medium tank in the game. I'll take it against Tier 10s any day. Excellent turret decent gun, good speed. I'm a big fan of it.
Ordinary promotion from WOT tips !! (Haha 3-6-8000 Damage) you don't get 1/4th of what you see here in real game!!! These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more... wt.
"It's not very often you have a platoon that has this much influence over the battle." FFS, it happens all the time. The level of ignorance you show is just unbelievable.
"FFS, it happens all the time." No, it doesn't, or you'd see it in every game with a platoon. Do you even play this game? The level of ignorance you show is very believable, having read some of your other comments.
Something to think about for us regular schmos regarding early game - 1. read and understand the line up before start. 2. In first 1:30 of match, watch the team movement (particularly the light tanks) and respond to what your teams light tanks choose to do. 3. Stay within range of your support. This should help us to stay alive and be able to participate at mid match and end game. Should make the gaming experience more worth the time spent
The bushes at E3-E4 are the best early game spotting for me. I can spot and get the hell away if im pressed. As you always say....there's no reason to take the low ground
The most common mistake I see among light tank players is when they race so far ahead of the team, nobody can shoot who they spot. They then complain because nobody helped.
In days or weeks of stress, I always look forward to a new Claussian video. You're like the friend we don't meet for a year, but when we meet it's as if we were talking just yesterday.
I guess depends on what setup you have, and how much cammo. In manti with more than 50% cammo and no food, i usually take agreesive positions and i do fine, but in others with way less cammo, i just play it safe ;))
