Really love your videos and you do a great job teaching, been watching for years. you’re the best! I think the picking pattern Noah Kahan uses is actually “A-pinch-d-g-d-b” then back to “A” instead of throwing the open A in for d after watching his performance on the BBC at .25 speed. Could be wrong but either way sounds great.
As a beginner that’s not into pop at all, what are some good beginner songs to learn? I love almost anything except pop. I mostly gravitate towards this kind of music, indie(?), folk, blue grass and modern rock, post hardcore, some classic rock but not a lot.
Does anyone know a simplified for the picking pattern I know the pattern but it is still hard to practice because I’m still new and I can’t do the pattern consistently
why doesnt the fingerpicking sound right? im picking the right string and holding the right cord and i try to speed it up to see if it sounds right but i cant do that and i dont know what im doing wrong if anyone can help that would be appreciated
