The second trauma is that people often do not believe you when something traumatizing happens. But remember, the internet is not the real world. Evil people expend all their energy trying to spread hate, while good people are busy doing positive things. These are just desperate souls, and they represent only a small part of reality. They want to make you believe they are the majority to make you feel hopeless, just as they do in their own misery.
