Nob Hill is an eclectic neighborhood in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Located just east of the University of New Mexico, it has become a hub of restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife. However, like any neighborhood, there are pros and cons to living in Nob Hill. In this video we’ll discuss the good and bad of living in Nob Hill and talk a little bit about the history and real estate prices!

Thanks Josh - I've watched two of your vids - very good...Informative, sincere and not too sale-sy. haha. I'm pretty much certain I'll be moving there by Sept. Won't be buying right away tho as I'm coming from Vancouver, BC and will likely rent for a year to get a good feel for things. Just wanted to say " thanks & you're good at your job" when/if I decide to buy - I've got your number...

Nob Hill is "walkable" if you carry mace, gun, club etc....Gangs have figured out that they can prey on the residents, sell drugs, boom their car music...trash heap. North Campus is a far better area and needs maybe one or two nice places to eat to be complete.
