Lien Gangte has the finest mind and heart in this trying times. Like everyone he is an ordinary citizen of india, came from a respectable family, brought up in a meitei locality , he has a deep emotional connection with the meitei too. He could have lived a nice comfortable life in Canada and not give a dime about Manipur. However, like Moses in the bible he just couldn't stand his kinsman being targeted as foreigners in their own ancestral place. The irony is today, he has been branded as a radical, figure. This is very unfortunate. A price, a hero always pays for loving his motherland.
