Deshaun Watson is about to get some revenge this season and will prove everyone wrong, The last three years have been an absolute roller coaster for this guy, and where you like him or not, you have to admit that he has been under a ton of pressure and criticism, and i think he has handled it pretty well, but at the end of the day he is one of the highest paid players in the entire league and needs to find a way to perform because the Cleveland Browns are counting on it, and the win now window is closing very quickly. In this video I'm gonna break down film from last season of Watson, talk about what he did well, and what he needs to improve on, and also just everything going on with the Browns as of late.

Overall, Watsons time in Cleveland so far for the expectations have been below average at best, but really, every time he started to find a rhythm he would get hurt, so he has to find a way to stay healthy, and the best way for him to stay healthy is for the offensive line in front of him to stay healthy. When asked about his health at the opening of his restaurant this is what Watson had to say to the press about his shoulder, (play clip) so it's fair to expect him to be playing come week one, and he's gonna have a lot of pressure on his shoulders. Here are some of the highlights from Watsons most recent press conference. So getting to the cleveland browns as a whole, it's really hard to say what the ceiling for this team is because it depends a lot on staying healthy and also Andrew Berry made some moves to bolster the depth of this team. I still think once Nick Chubb comes back this offense needs to revolve around the run and the offensive line, and from there once you establish the run you can really open up the offense. One player I really expect to establish a good connection with watson is David Njoku, because last season when joe flacco came to town he really started to up his numbers and production, but watson needs to do a better job of looking for him as well, because I think talent wise he is a top 3 tight end in the league. One of the team's big offseason moves was acquiring wide receiver Jerry Jeudy from the Denver Broncos. He has always been viewed as a high-potential player, but has not been able to put everything together so far in his first four-year career. Last season with the Broncos, Jeudy ended up catching 54 passes for 758 yards and two touchdowns. It wasn't a bad year, but Cleveland wants to see more from him. Thankfully, he's in an offense that fits his game much better. If Watson reverts back to his pre-trade form, Jeudy has big-time potential for a breakout season. Looking at the schedule, I already made a video talking about and breaking down some of the games the Browns have to play, but I really do think getting a game 1 win against the Dallas Cowboys is super important in terms of setting the tone for the season. And the game will be called by tom brady for his first ever broadcast ever, so just overall there will be a lot of storylines in that one. I just think Deshaun Watson is really gonna bounce back in 2024 and even though nobody believes in him, I just think it's unfair to completely right him off given the circumstances of what has happened over the past three years, and don't get me wrong, i'm not defending him, he has put himself in this uphill battle, but if your a cleveland browns fan you have to remember that we all begged just to have some watchable football, and now we are there it seems like people are more miserable and complain more than ever.
