Step 1: To Download Node.js Installer
In a web browser, navigate to nodejs.org/en/download/.
Select your Operating System and Click the Installer button to download the LTS(Long Term Support) version.
At the time this article was written, version 12.18.3-x64 was the latest version(Windows).
The Node.js installer includes the NPM package manager. For More Check Below Link 👇

I installed node js In cmd and powershell it shows correct version But in ubuntu it shows node is not installed I tried node -v nodejs --version nodejs -v But in ubuntu it showing node is not installed

Please provide me a solution I have installed nodejs in my computer it's version is showing in cmd and npm too but when I try to do the same in windows powershell then version of node is showing but version to npm is not it is showing an err that-program npm.cmd failed to run: the system cannot find the file specified at line:1 char:1 +npm -v
