Node.js Tutorial - 58 - Building CLI Tools 

Just wanted to appreciate the efforts and thanks for the motivation, I wanted to make a cli tool that can done my job but I always procrastinate finally after revising nodejs again I completed my small cli project, it can scaffold a node typescript backend template with just a cli command (later added two options :)), in future will plan to release it as npm package for public usage Thanks to Codevolution 🔥for great learnings

the term 'say-hello' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. How do i solve this error ??
