Good times. Mental how radio was still relevant not 15 years ago. Half a million people tuned in to the Russell Brand show on a FRIDAY NIGHT. I don't think there's half a million radio switched on during rush hour nowadays. Gotta move on with the times I guess but radio content was great back then in my humble opinion.
Jesus, so many names from the first few minutes that are still burned into my subconscious. People used to listen to radio shows like this, who werent especially into chart music. It was for the banter. I suppose podcasting has put this sort of radio vibe into the ground.
02:37 "A friend of mine, the second biggest ticket tout in England, officially" well that explains the fuckery when Oasis tickets went on sale yesterday
you can blame live nation, they were the company oasis hired ro run the tour..... you will not be surprised to learn live nation is owned by ticketmaster
Ironic now that Noel was clowning Chris for picking up a southern poshness in his accent. Noel speaks way posher these days than he did in the 90s. Liam still has the same accent though.
@@fshoapsin fairness , in the early days, the London media would take the piss and put subtitles on when they two lads were on tv , due to their thick accents
I think your name may get the post erased......is this Noel?.......if it is -**ocean colour scene** are better than you.....+ Bloc party evolved through their 1st. ,3 albums........oasis did not.......
