He comes to Cincinnati, Ohio every summer for a concertina workshop -- he looks a little older now but his playing is still completely world class and completely unbelievable! Simply the best.

Noel was badly injured in an assault in Connemara @ Xmas '08. Fantastic musician. My guess is that this clip is over 20 years old.
