Noelle vs. Cineas

This local legend is just designed to punish anyone who likes using melee characters. He completely bypasses your shield with several attacks and drains your energy as well. I spent a long time trying to figure out how to beat him with just Noelle, but finally had to accept that I needed to treat it like one of the hypostasis and bring a reaction to break it.
Noelle vs. The World is a series I created to encourage others to build and play their favorite characters. Admittedly, it's also to show off all the time and effort I have put into building Noelle. I hope you enjoy!
Rules: Noelle must fight alone unless an element or weapon type is required to defeat the opponent. Noelle cannot use any food buffs or gadgets.
