What do you listen to when you are on the toilet ?

I wish they weren't ending it. I wish they'd do that the Beatles should've done, said they were done for now,we had our full. We have new music to release and maybe in 4,5,6,7 years we'll do some shows or a small tour or...ykno leave the e door open to whatever. 40 years is a long time. I just always thought nofx would be there until they died.instead Mike's doing other music and I'm sure before long he'll be back out on the road in some capacity. It just sucks. They're the only punk band I really listen to, and every record and song they've ever made is something I can listen to with full attention and be happy I did so, just like the Beatles, who where the best band ever to walk the earth with a perfect catalog and album discog that they blazed the whole earth with

Sounds dumb but NOFX at the gym... Lifting or Cardio or both? Cos I can pretty much only lift to Hip-hop/rap but NOFX (This song in particular recently) when you're doing some cardio is a banger

@@NintenDub In the words of Bad Religion "everything must cease" (from The Gray Race, in case you're wondering) It sucks that they call it quits, but I guess that we can give thanks to them for being around this long. Hopefully there will come new bands with music and lyrics that are smart, even NoFX and Bad Religion (and so on) started somewhere. As far as having a favorite band, my favorite would probably be Public Enemy, but there are so many bands that I like.

He's good at word-play, but nothing beats Bad Religion when it comes to the lyrics.

@@ThreeToesofFury Doesn't keep them from having some albums that are not that good... mainly from the major label years. The Grey Race is the good album from the Atlantic time, but the rest... have some good songs on them (like maybe 4-5). Unfortunately, the Atlantic era is missing something. Into the Unknown has some good songs, but I can't stand the synthesizers on that one

Same about "So Long.." that's the first album tour I got to see em play live on and had been listening since "White Trash, Two Heebs and a Bean" They def tightened up their sound on "So Long.." and developed that sound that is unmistakably NOFX

96 for Heavy Petting is mid 90s . I was fortunate to see them in 93 and 94 here in UK.

@@andyg1347 sorry dude, already corrected ^^. i was 11 in 93' - so bit to young to really get the lyrics. improved my english in the next years to get to that point (also went to uk '95 and '97) but i'm pretty sure i needed a few more years to appreciate good punk music ;) greetings from germany :)
