Hey Arun, registry totally depends on the clearance via authority. There’s no specific timeline for the same. Also, since 2017, you might have received good appreciation on your initial investment. Resale options are also open, just in case you’re looking.
Hey, Bhutani Group has started marketing (billboards & hoardings) for their project in Sec 150. However, there's no definite date that we can circle on for the official launch( OR construction) of this project.
Hello Ankit, predictions are that sec 150 is going to be the highest ROI generator for Noida in the upcoming years. Although, Sports city registry issues slowed down its growth yet its prices are uncontrollably on the higher end. This is just the start, rates will change drastically when projects of TATA, Godrej, ATS, et.c will get delivered and become functional. Hence, the lease rent is also typically higher.
Hello, since ATS divided into two banners ATS Greens and Homekraft, their financial standing has dwindled over time. The possession of all their projects will be delayed until they figure out how to make a clean comeback.

Hey Sajal, Sec 152 is completely being developed by ATS. They have one project of Ace called Ace Starlit there. You can check out our video on ATS Picturesque Reprieves to understand this better. Also, Ankit, by clean perhaps Sajal means to say ‘without any legal issues’ :)

In the comment sections I read lot of sarcastic comments specially from @BlingKing321, @abhisheksrivastav1951 regarding the future prices. After reading those comments I laughed a bit because I was also in the same state of mind 4-5 years back as they are right now. Didn't buy the property thinking overpriced or prices will come down in future(I do regret now),But that never happened. Now, I have bought the same property on higher price for which I was cribbing few years back. So fellas, there is nothing wrong and right in the property market. It's TIME and OPPORTUNITY which should be grabbed. Finally, PRICES ARE GOING TO CROSS 16k in year or so.
Agreed, New launch in 150 will cross 16-18k in this year itself. We just have to wait till registry starts. People cribbing here seems like missed the train when price were under 10k. If registry starts then I am quite optimistic that price will cross 20k in next 2-3 years.
