Eddie Muller is the best film commentator there is. As Mr. Muller says, The MF is a classic film which I never tire of watching and in my view America’s first noir movie. Mary Astor is perfect. It’s her best film.
A new one for me. John Barrymore Jr, hmm. He is the father of Drew Barrymore.He had little to do with young Drew, who had a tumultuous childhood & life because of it. I think acting talent skipped a generation in this case. 😮
