@YogeshJadhav-sz8sq I can understand all the problems you are having with this watch. I bought it directly from the company, and it looks like they have sent me a used or refurbished watch. I paid for a new one. Moreover, the AI watch face function does not work, always gives error.
Yes same they sent me a refurbished product. I requested a replacement again. None of the problems were solved. Let's see how they process the request.
