I'm going through some rough times at the moment and feeling empty, lost, and alone. I played this track and began crying before the song was half over and continued crying throughout the second half. When it seems like I have no one or nothing to keep me going, I have this emotionally transcendent music that reassures me to 'keep fighting the good fight.' And sitting here, at my most vulnerable, I thank you with all my heart for being there for those of us who you will most likely never meet but who nevertheless are forever changed by a few words woven into a few minutes of sound.
I felt the very same way and had the same thoughts the first time I heard this song. It's hard to describe just how valuable this music is to us sometimes, words don't do it justice but the music really speaks for itself.

I like a little raw now and then, but damn...raw is the new mainstream, and it's so boring, always the same angry voice screaming about a fist and someones mom and fuck this and fuck that...that makes a raw track nowadays. Making a quality melody is pure class, NC and BM are masters in what they do!
