In my humble opinion, this is without a doubt, probably the best track NOISIA have ever released. The structure, the composition and the blending of sounds is by far a masterclass in production and artistry. The track is 7/8 years old and the way it is crafted is timeless. It epitomises the genre in the most perfect of ways. It is subliminal, spiritual and, worthy of one of the greatest drum and bass tracks ever produced.
Underrated track. Lovely soundscape with ambient vibes and then suddenly, we're flying through a desolate, hellish landscape. At least, what's what I imagine. I love you, Noisia.
SO glad people are still producing this kind of Drum and Bass! And so glad people like Dieselboy Are still spinning it and bringing it to the masses! people of all types should be able to feast on this!
Noisia never disappoints? Well, I disagree. Songs like Lost Cause(with Teebee) are... indescribably gooooood. Yeah.... It's just that they are not consistent like Receptor or other artists.
mateuszgojski Yes, it is. I'm just saying that some tracks by Noisia aren't on par with that magnitude. Let me just list their most mind blowing tracks: Machine Gun Epiphany Get Me Down(unknown artist, but credit is to Noisia) Could This Be Long Gone(with Evol Intent) Stigma The Tide Home World(with Phace) Thursday Seven Stitches Yeah, there are soooo many others I could list but I'd rather you find them out yourself. This track list is why Noisia is my #1 artist! However, some tracks are just pale and boring in comparison to this list.
eskimo4130 that track isn't another Homeworld or The Tide. It's just more commercially viable. I don't like how it's all about tearing up the dance floor for Noisia these days. The Dead Limit EP disappointed me because of that. Well, back to listening to the truly underground music like DJ Krush among others.
So many people are stuck with the 'ambient' crap... Why the hell not??? This is real music and anything can be in it !!! Noisia knows what and when to do it to create the perfect fit!
How in hell had I not heard this masterpiece of yours!? This track has jumped straight to the top of my favourites of NOISIA, and earned it's place amongst my favourites of all time too! *_:D_* I could let this track caress and obliterate my ear drums all day.
Whoops - must not have hit the "I" key twice there. Of course they're NOISIA... I mean, how else does their title become inverted for VISION records? :P
People need to stop moaning and just be fucking grateful that someone is still making this music, in a sea of girly club bangers and brostep. Noisia, Calyx & Teebee, and Spor forever.
Iv used to listen to old dnb guys like OPTICAL AND ED RUSH or STAKKA&SKYNET , love this one,it feels like they keep the good core dnb vibe all the way 😲🙏😁👍👍👍, thank you for sharing this awesome tune 💪🎧😍❤️
Although this is amazing work, sonically speaking, I actually managed to predict the arrangement for the second drop and ending. Musically this is predictable, maybe because I've listened to so much Noisia I know their arranging style, but it's quite frustrating that I'm able to know, ahead of time, what the rest of the track is going to sound like. It's in the format of dance, and that does have a formula, but i'd still like to be inspired and amazed by my favourite artists. They don't compromise and they put the tunes out that they want to, which is awesome, I love that. In fact they're the reason I started to get out of my comfort zone with tracks like Headknot and Shitbox, and really learn to appreciate different styles, but I still feel that musically, they have more to offer.
Nope, just an opinionated person. Like I said, they put out what they want, so it's hardly likely that they'll listen to me. But they can do so much better...
EndCodeTv That's a strangely personal comment, couldn't you have given a decent counter argument? "Nah, fuck it, that guys retarded" "Even though he mentioned that dance music is formulaic in the first place, i'll ignore it and tell him that most songs are made the same way" And I'm supposed to be the one who's retarded?
Mikey TK What you said wasn't a normal opinion. Insulting someones work isn't an opinion, it's bullshit. It's ok if you say you don't like it, but saying it's shit just because you don't like it is just plain retarded.
