CORRECTION: The Helio G35 is an octa-core processor. I misspoke :( What do you think about the Glacier color? and what would you like me to test in the full review? :) p.s we are gonna hit 10,000 subscribers tonight!!!!
I like it. for some reason it looks more solid white than any other white phones that I've ever seen for what to review, sensor amount as usual and presence of 5GHz wireless N. some people was disappointed and feel cheated when they realized some basic sensors are missing so make it a staple for C and G series. X series afaik has all basic sensors but to review some extra sensor (if present) would be helpful too
Most of the budget phones looks cheaper with its glossy plastic design. I really appreciate Nokia for making good looking phones in this price range. That Glacier white colour is gorgeous
@@rosergio7227 i love Motorola and Nokia but no Nokia available in USA HTC desire 21 pro i wanted to buy HTC still alive but only in Asia didn't buy it because may not work on USA also only option is Motorola g9 power 6000mah battery resolution 720 not bad because more resolution more battery drain 1080-2580p not good battery drains fast
Hey Iam So Happy that I got Nokia 3.4 home delivered yesterday, charcoal varient, awesome colour, premium look, solid in hand feel & slim sleek body... No ads... Super feel... Ordered from Nokia's own site but got it delivered despite lockdowns... Thanks To Nokia. Good sound, Light weight, overall superb 👌 I would recommend Nokia phones to everyone. Thanks for your reviews, & viewers comments.
hi rohith, thanks for quick user review! how's the build quality of 3.4? I heard that the back plate of 5.4 is soft and squeaky if you press hard enough, is it the issue with the 3.4? thx!
@@sminhle Hello, Upon seeing your comment, i just tested it, but the device i have didn't give me any squeaky feeling, normal body... It's polycarbonate body. Felt nothing bad. Additionally in youtube durability tests, i saw 1 min water test, luckily it survived.
@@rohithnechikkunnan8374 thanks for the update! many people (like me) just want a phone that is functional and reliable inside out not too bling bling, good to hear the 3.4 is well built!
@@mohamedxd6560 even 1080p display from Chinese maker are struggle to view the display. Under sunlight. And bug happens every time software update. Cheaps device=Cheap software optimization. 😝
Exactly robustness, my one jumped off the buss from my hands, landed on the concrete road 3-4 metres away, without screen saver and did not even had a tiny scratch
@@mohamedxd6560 waste? Amoled? You kidding me? Have you checked out the Xiaomi budget phone killer move with their Redmi series? Google the revenue they generated on the new amoled displayed note series.
G20 is unexpectedly pretty in white color although I am a bit disappointed by performance they could have gone with atleast helio g70 or Snapdragon 460 something like that g35 feels low in my opinion anyway great unboxing
Main thing i want That Nokia has to improve in its charging time where all brand took around 1 hour to max 1:30 min Max to max under 2 hour these Nokia took 2 hour plus for full chrage
It's a very good looking phone with great symmetry. I think it will do well as a Luke warm successor to the 2 series. But it's definitely it's own class as the 3.4 isn't matched. They are clearly different phones for different people. Can't wait to see what you get from the battery. Really looking forward to seeing the X10 in white as I think that will obviously be even better. Great vid as always.
Finally got my Nokia 8.3 ... Needless to say .. love it ... Everyone that saw the phone always say " where did you get it " imma like.... Bro its a Nokia... ... And buummm... Thanks to you Abdulla decided to purchase the phone now im writting this comment from the huge screen.... Did I already mentioned that this mahh number 8 nokia phone ? ... All my family have nokia phone purchased by me .. since Nokia 6 nokia 8 and nokia 3 those were my first three phones
Hello Abdulla, nice video, size comparison is funny... I am missing something in 5-5,5" size range... These big paddles became too big... Even Nokia 5.4 is so big (+flip cover!)
Really digging that Fabula back design with the Lumia 925-esque colour. HMD should do more non-boring variants (where on earth is my yellow?). However, basing on the price of the G10 here, the specs-to-price ratio remains disappointing. With that MediaTek chip, I bet it's not gonna age well performance-wise compared to the competition. And maybe, just maybe, it's about time they make a custom UX as well. I was a huge fan of Android One back in 2016, but I never could've predicted that competition would catch up (even outpace) stock Android performance-wise. And besides, Nokia was all about unique experiences, no? But anywho, I wasn't expecting the 930 to be that much smaller, I'm still using a 5" phone myself. How is the one-hand situation? PS. Definitely keep that banana for scale for future videos.😉
The white has a shade of very light blue in certain angles, so its not as pure as the 925 :) It does look like snow. I would also love to see more brave color options, but I think their design team is doing their job well. I think for the G10 and G20 to last for a long time while performing optimally, they need to recieve updates that are well optimized. This is something only time will be able to reveal. But out of the box, I wouldn't say either of them is excellent when it comes to performance and speed. All New Nokia phones aren't great with one handed usage sadly, the displays are way too big. But this is also true across the industry.. haha, will definitely do!
Glacier is looking fantastic! Video is great, as always) would be great if you could do long term review in couple of month with hour impression of using the phone)
I've recently bought the X20, the 3.4 and 5.4 a little before that and awaiting the delivery of my G20. Yes, I'm a fan of Nokia's but I'm wondering if there are different software version that would affect the availability of certain options in the developers menu. I saw many reviews before buying these devices and what I noticed is that some can change the shape of the icons, the size and even the colours. They do this in the menu "themed" in the developer section. In none of my devices I find this menu in the developers menu leaving me with the default settings in terms of icons and so. It does for sure recognize it as I used the google 1 stored profile of my Motorola G8 Power to setup my X20 and that one had the squircle icons. As such my X20 also has this icon setting but no way to change it back to default. Any ideas? By the way, love your channel. Can't wait to see some in depth reviews of the G20 and the XR20 (which for sure be my next Nokia).
I would love to know the answer to this as well. So far, I've found the option on some devices but not on most of the new ones. It might be a region specific feature (enabled for some regions, and not for others). Regarding your X20, I don't think you'll be able to change it if you can't find the option for it without a hard reset and not copying date from your Moto (or create a new backup with the moto while using the shape you want, then copy date from it). I wish the feature would just be enabled on all Android phones.
Excellent unboxing video, as always! May I suggest the background audio volume to be more stable, less fading in fading out? about the phone, please do a long term review of g20 after a few months!
Stuck with LG for 5 years. Had to let go because GPS wasn't working. My budget is $100. Ended up paying one and a half on a 2022 Motorola. I'm still not settled yet. I'm really leaning towards Nokia but there are so many out there. Never owned a Nokia before but there just something about them. I see a lot that I like between 100-200. I don't play games or any social media. Which one would you recommend? Should I wait till January 2023 see if the price will drop a little more? I really like this one though in the white glacier color.
Hey Abdulla...great Video Man....it really brings out the miniscule details of the design....for full review I would like u to show us what all android 11 features does it really support....also make rather a comparison with older gen nokia like 7.2 or 6.2 and show how far nokia has improved especially in terms of camera and battery...also a display quality comparison with HDR10 display of previous nokia phones would be great..
I had the Nokia 8. Nicely built phone but too many software/bug issues. I switched to Motorola for the stock android experience but would consider this phone. Still can't beat the Lumia range with Windows Phone 8.1 though. If only they'd continued with Windows Phone.
I have a question: I am really looking for a phone that is durable, that I can use for many years to come as well as have a very good battery so that I can get through the day without having to charge it throughout. I also would like good performance and speed. Overall, which phone would then be better the nokia 5.4 or the nokia g20?
Any NOkia Midranger easily will last for 3 years. Nokia promises 2 OS updates & 3 years of security updates with all the phones. Nokia G20 should be an ideal pick since it comes with bigger battery & Latest Android 11
2021 still no 90hz Mediatek G😭35 No Full HD plus I don't get what market they sell for as a nokia fan I am been forced to go for other phones..they do it...🙄😱😲
Great video 👌 I've been thinking of getting this phone. I've got the OnePlus 6 but the latest software update has really made the phone difficult to use and WhatsApp doesn't work properly anymore
Thanks! I wouldn't recommend this as a replacement for the OnePlus 6 though. Its speed and performance is very basic so if you're a heavy user you might wanna consider something else. X10 maybe?
My 3 year old phone that cost less than this back then has a faster processor , better display , better cameras and still gets updates. Why would anyone buy this ?
Only devices offering pure android today are Nokia Motorola and pixel phones. The rest of the companies use proprietary skins. The largest seller Samsung launched one ui 4 beta and it is nothing like android 12. Nokia needs to get its act together and launch new entry level 5g phones and provide faster android updates.
Oh Wow Abdulla Brother, Awesome video. Actually the color on that Nokia G20 looks very Nice, And I even also love the box of it as well. Congratulations Brother, Hoping to see some cool videos in the future. Keep up the good work. I wish you the best of luck to reach the 100K Subscriber Milestone in the future. CHEERS!!!
