I had a nokia n95 when I was in high school, and that phone accompanied me through a lot of times and memories. It got stolen 6 years ago, but its image still lingers in my mind. Without a doubt, Nokia was a great company in its day. It made phones with side-slide designs and qwerty keyboards when other companies were struggling to churn out brick-shaped phones. It’s sad to see such a wonderful company fall apart, maybe I will never see its recovery, but its name will always have a place in my heart. Salute to old legend.
youronlycow what u mean rich kids? this phone was never expensive when it was released even today its still not that expensive in the early 2000s i owned the Nokia N97 32gb which was cheaper that the n95 considering the n97 had way more storage
This Phone was never expensive like now a premium phone. The N Series Nokia’s was the best Phone that made ever. Design, quality, services, No.1. Now a premium Phone max 2 year and dead or slow and you must sell it. I am going to have an n seria nokia and I turn on today and work flawlessly.
@Alex maybe it depended country wise like here in the UK they were under £199 for the 8gb model and the base model barely reaching over £99 and thts a month after its official launch here in the UK
i still got this phone since 2010 and looking at this commerical made me cry.. and believe me the phone is still working though i had to change the battery
This commercial brings back so many memories of them simple days, school days, everyone was together and now sadly everyone's moved on and times have changed so much :(
I had this phone back in 2008. It saw me through a month long trip to california. I loved how it slide one way for phone and the other for media, I had music saved on it which I plugged into a cassette adapter in my friend's car, which blew his mind that music was just there when we needed it without skipping. The 5mp camera produced photos that I still can enjoy today, they werent pixilated like the first camera phones this was essentially a digital camera too. One of the best moments was taking some photos at a party and getting a call and my friends dad just sounding dumbfounded "Wait, is that camera a phone!?" And of course playing fifa and that racing game. It was years ahead of what others were doing it seemed. Everyone reaction to the phone were like it was from another time. Plus it was built like a tank.
This phone... This phone beat them all, the first one to do everything and do it good, its such a shame that so many features are gone now, no more navigation, no more nokia services, and worst of all, no more exploitation :( thats the main reason i got this phone, well now its just an amazing phone showing its past glory.
If Nokia made a more advanced version of this with Android version built in with a bigger screen and same keyboard, I swear I would throw my Note 3 in the bin and buy it!
2023. Смотрю видео с нокии 8.1 а в шкафу лежит коллекция смартфонов 60серии от 6600 до н93...Это было золотое,счастливое время. Небыло ни проблем,ни забот. Я скучаю
What's the name of this song? I had owned his phone for quite some years, until it got stolen. But still this signature song of N95 8GB is so much nostalgic. It's the reminiscence of the "Good old Nokia Days". Kindly let me know of the music so that atleast now i can download this song over internet and have ringtone in my iPhone.
