This week Nolan North and Troy Baker jump spin onto Wumpa Islands and find out that boulders and mutant enhanced animals are not your friends unless their name is Crash. That's right we are playing the 1996 Naughty Dog classic, Crash Bandicoot! Codenamed "Sonic's Ass Game" Nolan and Troy dive into this iconic game and the now famous makers behind it. Sure there's crate smashing and boulder running but not before Nolan illegally opens up someone's mail and Troy name drops Frank Welker and then the tangents begin. This is RETRO REPLAY.

When I got my PS3 from one of my mom’s friends a few years ago, she gave me Prince of Persia (The one with Nolan North) and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Later on, she gave me Batman: Arkham Origins. For the longest time I had tried to get into Batman and POP, but I would always just put those games down. Several years later, I discovered you two and I was amazed how many games and shows you two have been in that I watched or played. Later, I was watching the reactions to the WatchMojo videos. When I discovered that Troy Baker voiced The Joker in Arkham Origins, and Nolan North in Prince of Persia, I knew that I needed to play those games. I’m currently playing Arkham Origins and it is really fun. Thank you Nolan and Troy for being amazing people and my favorite voice actor duo.

Omg when you mentioned Lava Soap I had ‘Nam flashbacks. My aunt is a nun and she and her sisters make soap for fun (as you do). The most heinous of her creations was her Lava Soap. I got my mouth washed out with that shit a WEEK before my birthday and I still couldn’t taste the cake.

I've been enjoying your weekly Uncharted playthrough, so when I saw you'd be playing Crash I decided to give this one a chance. ...Man, what a difference between the two shows. The only time you guys sounded sincere here was when you were talking about Nolan's old home. Well, at least I'll have the Uncharted series with you. Glad to hear there's UC2 coming as well!

Dude! I love me some Peter Cullen. Play the real clip, indeed! I swear I randomly saw him once on a subway train in NYC wearing a cowboy hat and I was like "...is that? No way! that can't be..." I played this game 2 and 3 All day none stop when i was 16. Then my lill brother and uncle came up with a rule for me. True Story: I had to do 2000 sit up's for 2 hours a day each day to play these game's. I was that addicted to crash Bandicoot.

It was exactly one year ago today that I met both Nolan and Troy in Sydney and when Troy asked me what they should play next on Retro Replay I said Crash Bandicoot, Troy said "oh it's coming" little did I know it would be exactly one year from when he said that to me. Long Live Retro Replay ❤️
