Cody, a tight line when fishing is what makes it worth it and keeps you want to go fishing again! Kelly! Add 1/2 small baked sweet potato to your quesadilla recipe!!! You will be amazed!!!
Dinner looked awesome as did breakfast (~);}!!! Kelly has graduated to "stoner food"!!! Everything about your videos are TOP NOTCH!!! Am I here for the camping? The cooking? The vibe you put out? I'm here for all of IT!! But I must say the cooking puts it over the top!!! Again thanks for Sharing! Stay safe!
I grew up near these waters. My father taught me how to fish young and I really enjoyed watching you. It brought back a lot of memories catching German browns. You're also in an area that is very very close to one of our favorite dispersed camping areas when we go back to Colorado. Thanks for the memories.
The colors on that lovely fish! OMG! And that amazing dinner, I want to try that dish. Thank you truly for all you share here. You two really complement each other beautifully, I just love your content.
I love the gurgle of the creeks and the faster running water around the rocks in the streams. Music to my ears. Soothing and refreshing. I also prefer Santita’s brand.
Those Pecan rolls and dinner looks super delicious 😋. Better luck on the fishing next time. Glad to see you two are having a great time enjoying the things you like to do. Take care and stay safe.
I love watching all of your videos! Since watching, I have amped up my camp kitchen and can't wait to use the stuff in another month! Love, love, love you guys and your channel!
HI CODY & KELLIE 👋 CONGRATULATIONS CODY ❗ KELLIE YOU ALWAYS MAKE ME HUNGRY ! GORGEOUS WEATHER & CAMPSITE .THE STREAM LOOKED SO INVITING. BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! ENJOYED 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 THANK YOU 🙏 GOD BLESS YOU BOTH ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES 🙏
Nice brookie you caught - brooke trout are the best tasting trout to eat, even the smaller ones fried up over the camp fire dipped in egg and flour. Some people eat small ones like sardines after gutted of course
You guys should come stay at the Dillon Reservoir where we are camp hosts. Only an hour south of Winter Park. Enjoy watching your adventures and camp cooking keep it up!
Love your channel! Love your vibe! The food looks fantastic! And y'all are such a cute couple! Inspired me to go fishing and camping again. Love you guys!
Hey Cody when you have some free time. Lol. I would love a white noise sleep aid with just your gentle creeks flowing. So relaxing. Seriously. 8 hours worth. Hmmmmmm
👍👍👍👍👍, Cody I'd say you got the casting figured out, "reeling" them in will surely follow !!! The meals Kelli cooks up you both should weigh 400 lbs apiece.
I believe those might be ponderosa pines rather than spruces . If their bark smells sweet then they are pines not spruce . Ponderosa are common in winter park . There is great fishing near lake Granby .
That Breakfast looked great. Question when you empty something out do you write it down on a list for the next time you go shopping. When you go in a Business do you ask if they mind you videoing your trip. Cody any Fish you plan on Releasing wet your Hands first so you don`t take off its protected Slime coat.
I definitely recommend checking out Drew LooknFishy ‘s videos! He’s a great small stream fly fisher you can learn a lot from. I love his channel. On those smaller streams where you’re a bit cramped for space or when you’re fishing the same pool a few times try a simple roll cast! It’s super easy and a little more stealthy on small clear water. But nice casting! As for struggling with the net; I totally understand. Next time you’re at a fly shop ask about a quick release magnet/bungee they’re very helpful! You’re getting takes so now it’s just ironing out the creases and you’ll be getting more fish to the net!
Lv Mexican inspired dishes . Been planning to try those spices , guess this would be seconding them . I make my guacamole like you except i add garlic , no cilantro . Awesome guacamole. The fishing was fun too .
Hello..I am a new subscriber to your channel and am enjoying watching..Love the Great Outdoors...Can you tell me how to get merchandise and Kelly's cookbook. Ty.
How 'bout trading a Kelly gourmet camp meal for a fishing lesson from Triston ( SUV RVING / Tenkara Addict). Now that would be a cool meet up / joint venture.
Okay I’m planning a trip there for my birthday in September this is my third time going to another state park and I was just wondering if you guys know the process of how exactly you’re supposed to get in the park?
I respectfully disagree that those are the best chips. Try Julio's. There's some kind of spice on them (not salt). I've been meaning to comment about them every time I see y'all eating my old favorite chips.
u'v mentioned a few times, that u guys like to watch movies, when ur relaxing, before bed time... try to find a movie called "AND A RIVER RUNS THRU IT"..with Brad Pitt and Robert Duvall ..its about a fly-fishing family.. going thru good times and hard times..great movie...check out..thanks for sharing... ....Gypsy J van...
Great video.. thanks for sharing looks like a great place to go camping.. fly fishing red and real's look like they were created from a rich guy watching a poor kid use a spool of fishing line mounted to a stick with some small I bolts screwed into it... and the kid was catching fish with it & the rich dude copied the design and well u see what u pay for a stick with a spool of fishing line mounted to a stick with I hooks mounted through it.... hahahahahahahahahahahaha. some of um are $500 bucks..
While you sre in the area, I suggest checking out the Flaming Gorge located in the corners of Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado. Our favorite primative campground is Deep Creek. www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/ashley/recreation/camping-cabins/recarea/?recid=72263&actid=29 There is great fly fishing on the Green River below the dam. Also, you can get fishing, flys, etc info at Dutch John. I would recommend that you get a guide at some point. They can teach you a lot in a short time.
