Wow it was really a journey ❤and interesting to listen... Going the same route but ill apply next year because this year my academic record is not make sure I was so demotivated to study 😢mara I'll try with a positive attitude nxt year
I'm not sure if yoy asking about how they charge or you more focused on the funding from bursary. I will answer both. So for charging they will charge, they will charge you for the modules you attended. So if you start first semester with BSc and the second semester with medicine, they charge according to the modules you did in each semester
Now the bursary part depends on which bursary is funding you. The one bursary that l can comment on would be NSFAS. What l have see is if you spend one year or less on another degree, then switch to medicine, they really dont fund that first year, they start paying properly for medicine which is better. For other students who spent more than one year on another degree, NSFAS funds them as that the first degree which causes trouble. For example we see some students switching (after 1 year) to medicine or dentistry but they are funded for 4-5 years. Leaving them with out a bursary to completely finish their seccond degree. There are some ways to overcome this but l think this needs a video as there are a lot l have learnt and would like to share about this issue
