It's a beautiful dial. When I tried one on, however, the default strap was too short for my 19.5 cm wrist (circumference). If I plan on buying one, I need a larger size strap (extra cost) :(
I'd rather have a high quality card box than a shit wooden one. And their lugs and straps suck - on all models! These are the kinds of watches that would be on sale in an art gallery gift shop - know what I mean? I really feel they belong in that world (graphic design) than the watch world. Bold statement but who cares!
I'm not sure I completely agree with you there. I think they are a breathe of fresh air and bring something quite unique and different to the watch world but they are certainly divisive as can be seen from your comment. Have you ever tried one on?
