But before you do some one piece characters could defeat a lot of characters in naruto. I believe they can't defeat naruto and sasuke. Once you do that and if the fact is a good one I'll give you 3 facts why I believe there faster.
They weren’t really that weak lol. They got a power up and restored. So From their near death to the kaguya fight thats the length tbh not beginning of war till end.

If they still had their chakra from those 3 days then got a power up they would be that much stronger with that much more stamina. Just because they aren’t weak doesn’t mean they didn’t lose a lot of chakra. Just look at the Momoshiki absorbing Naruto chakra all day to the point that he gave up because Naruto’s chakra wasn’t ending. And then right after that Naruto still fought him with Sasuke and they beat him. It’s just a testament to how durable and powerful they really are
How fans defend their series: Naruto fans: We have all sorts of unique skills that work super fast and are very effective + their gimmicks or so out there that you would not even think that could affect you, but it does. Mihawk fans: He can cut you. Very fast.
Thats the difference between the power systems. Naruto has linear power creep and a system. In One Piece you have redcons and punching shit, very hard. And when in doubt, you awaken and punch it harder. You gotta love OP for the story but the fights lost their importance since 2nd Gear vs Bruno.

Also there's waaaay more types of power and base haki and then conquerors haki that we are just now getting more details about. Some interesting comments. I will say this. I love both OP and Naruto. But prime Naruto alone is too much for even one emperor to handle. He could fold anyone in OP right now. I feel like Sasuke, even without Susanoo or amaterasu is just smarter and would tactically beat Mihawk in a fight. Not to mention Sasuke is much faster then most shinobi and is about on par with Naruto in speed. Mihawk would likely just get speed blitzed with a chidori. Naruto I think also uses his head a lot in battle (like when he fought the third raikage), not as much as Sasuke, but he's still very creative with his own strategies. Also being the fastest shinobi in the world, I think Mihawk would be speed blitzed yet again. You could argue that with observation haki he could read their moves but I still think they would be much faster than he could read them. Even if that was the case Naruto's safe mode is similar and he's able to activate it while in KCM2. The fight would be over very quickly imo. Also notice how Naruto fought in the war, used shadow clones on every battlefield, destroyed a gigantic would style jutsu by madara, fought Madara and Kaguya, and still fought evenly with a FULLY recovered Sasuke. Naruto was heavily fatigued and still held back as to not kill Sasuke. Kinda crazy. So that means Naruto's full power is likely much higher than what we witnessed.
Let's not forget that Naruto's speed reminded everyone of the fourth Hokage who was using literal teleportation technique. Some mofos be like "bUt LuFfY dOdGeD KuMa's aTtAcK iN bAsE fOrM, hE Is FaStEr ThAn LiGhT"... well teleportation is infinitely faster than light my dudes and he isn't even using a Jutsu to have that speed
The sharingan predicts movements, and reacts accordingly. The reaction time is definitely on par if not better tho regardless so i agree, but not the prediction of movements
It’s heavily implied throughout the entire series that you can’t win a fight properly if ur not trying to kill ur enemy. Kakashi specifically explains this to team 7 and mainly naruto a couple times and so obviously he’s holding back against sasuke as he wasn’t trying to kill him and they still came out at a draw. Sooo naruto a bit stronger :)

That Naruto Vs. Sasuke fight lasted the whole night on top of them constantly fighting during the war(especially Naruto), so their chakra running out isn't really an issue. Mihawk would get clapped. Since he doesn't know about Sasuke all he'd have to do is use Amatarasu on his head or body, and that's that(you can't just sacrifice your head, or body like you can a limb). I'm nowhere near up to date on One Piece, but I don't really think the characters can stack up to most other shonen anime characters. It's like yeah Luffy is crazy strong, and stretchy, but so is Naruto. Also any character with Water powers beats Devil Fruit power characters. All they have to do in Naruto is use water style to drown them(unless later in One Piece they gain the ability to move in Water, but I highly doubt it). I think What If Vs battles are fun to think about, but Sasuke can beat any One Piece character(Amatarasu, Genjutsu, the Susano, etc are all OP).
Thing is taking the all the haki forms into play and the new ryuo and (SPOILER) conqueror infested haki, along with the future sight observation, luffy does match up with Naruto but not baryon mode, but still keep in mind luffy still isn’t the strongest character and he can already keep up with end of shippuden-middle of boruto forms of Naruto.
Luffy’s power is not just stretch.. And also he was able to dodge 3-4 light beams without future sight, just normal observation haki and second gear improves speed almost double, along with gear 4 which pretty much tripled his power and gear 4 snake man which is an even greater speed feat, and this was all before the new advanced haki
@@flinnttt yeah I don't think so.. a regular Biju bomb literally vaporizes mountains, Naruto's supper massive rasenshuriken destroyed 2 meteors at the same time and doing it so casually to like it was nothing. Not to mention Naruto was fast enough to dodge a light styles jutsu from Madara in point blank range. Yeah Luffy has more work to do to even be compared to Naruto even with conquerer infested haki.
@@blankxd5837 Luffy also split part of dressrosa in half even tho his King Kong gun was blocked by doflamingo so that is a greater feat than the tailed beast bomb. Also all the other feats were similar to the ones I mentioned, if he we are talking normal kcm and even kcm2+ sage mode luffy is still on par with it considering his manga feats that’s all I was saying. Also luffy would have a hard time dealing damage to luffy because of his damage reduction from the fruit and the conqueror infested haki, as we know you can only be damaged when you also have that haki, or you catch them off guard like they did with big mom and recently did with kaido, unless the attack is just that strong.
Keep in mind that at no point did Naruto ever try to kill Sasuke , he was just trying to match Sasuke's power level to not get too harmed or end up harming Sasuke

Naruto has mastered techniques classified as forbidden when he was considered a loser as well as failure. Everytime he used a technique, we saw him expand and enhance it further.. kagebushin and rasengan were the key to his characters growth and proof anyone can do anything as long as you put your mind, body, and soul into it. Luffy's star is kuririn/krillin. Let him have it alone in HIS universe. They not comparable.. just as Z to Naruto's world. Hopefully he got something from this.. once in a Lifetime battle.

The clip they were watching didn't show the huge hurricane they created with those attacks and they don't just run out of chakra. They've been fighting godlikes/gods for 3 days straight while also fighting the strongest monster in the verse, both literally basically died during those 3 days, Naruto only has a small piece of Kurama's chakra here and the only reason they ran out of chakra is because both of them put all their chakra into one finishing move here, that no character in the OP verse could have dreamed of surviving.
